My previous ands my next phone will be Xiaomi due to Samsung's idiotic policies, but Xiaomi definitely offers much poorer battery life even with the most efficient processors.

bitter truth, 08 Jul 2023reason behind no adaptor in box in budget phone.. and lack of design and Soc in upcoming phone... moreVery much doubt not having adaptor is an issue if people really want their phone. Other than their camera, i find Samsung phone kinda unappealing now cos they don't take risk to introduce something different, too expensive for what they offer and the usual weak battery life. Huawei would have overtaken them easily if not for the sanction.

I have A72 and it's a very solid phone (Apart from the stupid software rendering the screen useless when the phone gets hot under direct sunlight), but that will be my first and last Samsung phone, looks like i'll be returning to Xiaomi. Currently from what's (coming)on the market, i'd buy a Poco F5 if i need to replace my phone.

Since there is no 7X anymore, there's nothing decent even if there was the 3.5mm jack and sd slot. The A5x has too small screen and no telephoto.

Sony did remove the headphone jack before on their 2018 and 2019 flagship phones, and yet they can put it back and keep it to this day since 2020 Xperia 1 Mk2.

Here's a tip to get the profits back, Samsung: Stop following Apple and put back both the headphone jack and microSD card support on your flagship and upper-midrange phones. They are still relevant in 2023 and always never go outdated.

I stopped buying Samsung when they cut off the micro sd card.My last galaxy was s20+.And i know they are many others that decided not to buy a flagship without micro sd option.The most expensive from the flagship line should have the option for micro sd.
