no matter which company is going to produce nexus 5... plz increase the camera resolution and also gv sd card support..
If the design is similar to the Nexus 4, I hope that it is made of Dragontail glass instead of Gorilla glass and ordinary glass. Apart from that, I hope the device is a 4.7" 1080p display. Bigger displays are too uncomfortable to hold and have lower PPIs.
Galaxy Nexus, 03 May 2013Ugh!!I was hoping for a Motorola Nexus..Why?? Motorola has done NOTHING to impress on the design side of things. All they are known for right now is kissing Verizon's @ss...
They (Google) would argue that you don't need any more space on your mobile, because Google drive is available to use. I think they are trying to force people into using the cloud more.

OSagnostic, 03 May 2013There will be no SD card support again. If you need that get an SGS4 (good by all accounts). I... moreSD card slot is not necessary.
I rather Google offer built-in memory: 32G/64G/128G.
I own N4, enjoy the buttery smooth OS but hardware s*cks! weak wifi, low volume, low battery, camera bad, touchscreen and color display issues and tech repair will cost an arm aleg.. You can read bout these issues from forums. I had Samsung for 2 years and I must say they are still the king of hardware, next will be Sony.. Step up LG!
LG can make a better smartphone than Motorola because they have all the core technologies from display, battery, camera,RAM, memory ...etc and it is made in Korea and not China.
Nexus 4 has similar premium grade like iPhone 5S but selling at afforable price!!!!!
For Nexus 5, I hope Google/LG can improve below
1) Has a great 15 MP camera with great quality at least similar like Galaxy S4(best 13MP camera so far)
2) Has a great battery like 3300 mAh which has the similar performance like Motorola RAZR MAXX.
why do google, make a partnershp to each smartphone manufacturers to create many nexus by different brand with same paper specifications to test each companies software and hardware with same price.
i hope this nexus 5 will be a good COMPACT high-end smartphone.
i hope its sony/moto w/ these specs
4.3"-true hd ips/super amoled/s-lcd3
720p screen gorila glass 3
16gb +2gb ram up to 64gb mmc
13mp+2mp xenon +dual led and feature rich camera 1080p recording
quad 1.7ghz krait
3500mah ok if its quite heavy if the batery is big.
up to 150-160g
htc one build
sunny86, 03 May 2013please make a high end phone ... with latest specs or people will end up buying samsung . .. ... moreWTF are you talking about.. When the Nexus 4 was released last year it had the latest specs.. Hell it uses the Adreno 320 GPU that the the HTC One and USA S4's use.. What Android phone was more advanced than the Nexus 4 back in early November 2012?
Was hoping for a Sony nexus. But Sony makes great software so I'll just stick to their next flagship!
Hope Nexus 5 contain these 5 specs:
1.Screen.- 5-inch Sapphire glass or CGG 3
2.Chipset.- Snapdragon 800
3.Cpu.- Quad-core Krait 400
4.Gpu.- Adreno 330
Since O2x I am in love with Lg! Now I have O4x, and it's superb! Waithing for Optimus G2 or Nexus 5- some of them will be my next phone! :)
Teknoholik, 03 May 2013Even after quality & supply issues with Lg, google still going after it makes me think the... moreActually it was Googles fault and not LG's because Google only had LG make the number they thought the would sell, but instead it turned out to be a terrible miscalculation.
sunny86, 03 May 2013please make a high end phone ... with latest specs or people will end up buying samsung . .. ... moreWhat makes them behind on specs. The last I checked, the only think that fell short was the internal space. An SD card slot is only a preference. Everything else was on par for its time and so is everything else that LG has released in the top of the line device range.
