AnonD-142950, 29 May 2013Just like Almost all of Samsung devices look exactly the same not just the Galaxy S line. That's all companies in general. And as far as Samsung that is actually more the past couple years with their galazy line and and galaxy spin offs. It's not even close to the same as what they said about crapple which is true. Event eh Galaxy line itself has been revamped someway each time.
cmr, 29 May 2013I accept apple is first company to introduce new feature , may it be touchscreen or retina dis... moreNot first touch, Sony first Retina, and so forth. They are first to steal at most.
yan, 29 May 2013you do know that the iphone camera is the most used smartphone camera in the world, right? Eve... moreum....DUH! If it sold more than there is more of it's cameras in use. What on earth was your point? Now on the flip side there are millions more Androids out there and millions more of their cameras used.
Roy, 29 May 2013The way i see it with the agruments of whos ahead of who is, Apple when it first came on the ... moreThey were not years ahead. That's just what the general public thinks. It couldn't even send MMS, only had a 2MP camera, no camera flash, no video recording, no flash support, and so forth. Sony and Nokia and Samsung where still ahead then too.
Whatever... It's useless if it's still stuck in a sleepy static boring home screen with no customization and locked in a restricted ecosystem.
here we go again
price high as hell, but u've only get this??
wht the poor technology..

The next iphone will be almost identical to the last iphone just as it was almost identical to the one before that and one before that. They won't change screen resolution for the minor 5S version.
Didn't Apple say that with the iPhone 4 that the PPI was more than the human eye can take it. So now I have to say what's the point? Apple need to look at the services it offers most people who have and iOS device also use a lot of Google services that can't be great in the long run. I am glad that they are changing the UI it always from day one looked like Disney for adults to me and not very professional looking but that is not the key here iOS and the iPhone are just becoming a little stale.
AnonD-26572, 28 May 2013Perhaps they will sell you an iMagnfier (about 200 patents pending no doubt!) magnifying glass... moreMaybe you're right about that. Thank God I don't have an iPhone.
I accept apple is first company to introduce new feature , may it be touchscreen or retina display.. but they have to improve the customization in ios... this is where iphone is lagging with android.. hope this 5 getz some
AnonD-150270, 29 May 2013I'm thinking about all this and i cannot understand.. The year is almost 2014... Where is the ... more"Sent from iPhone 5"
LOL
Professor Frink, 28 May 2013All Apple has to do for the 5s is simple really, Expand memory, Expand storage, Better camera,... moreyou do know that the iphone camera is the most used smartphone camera in the world, right? Even with its basically almost no-feature interface.
AnonD-26572, 28 May 2013The exact DPI is irrelavant to a degree now. Unless Apple come down off their high and mighty ... more"I know an Apple "Die-Hard" who is seriously thinking of ditching the iPhone for a Samsung Galaxy S4 just to get the bigger screen size. Even he admits as a self confessed fan-boy that the next iPhone needs to be something special. An iPhone 5S that is only marginally different to the 5 won't cut it any longer and I think even they realise now, that their court room antics don't do them any favours either. "
i am another die hard apple fan, and i 2nd this... im thinking the exact same things...
If it's already Retina Display, then what's the need for increasing the pixels further. Are they making a phone for Super-Humans. One thing they can do is to change the "remote control" aspect ratio to a standard 16:9 and increase the screen size to atleast 4.5 inches.
It's great that Apple want to up the resolution on the iPhone, well allegiedly, but I don't understand why Apple keeps using these odd resolutions and not the standard ones like everyone else.
AnonD-150270, 29 May 2013I'm thinking about all this and i cannot understand.. The year is almost 2014... Where is the ... moreFor your kind information, smartphones are manufactured by Apple,Samsung,BB,Nokia etc. NASA is not going to manufacture these things. It is exploring moon and Mars.
i heard a rumour that apple were going to actually start paying tax this year
The way i see it with the agruments of whos ahead of who is, Apple when it first came on the smartphone scene where years ahead i think thats fair, i myself had a Iphone3GS. But over the years they havnt really done much innovation. Yes a few UI tweeks added sum numbers to screen and camera and cpu. Android has caught up and over taken in my eyes, yes i agree the OS isnt as streamlined but if you do use it correctly it doesnt really lag expecially if you root however that shouldnt be a requirement to get it working the way you would like. I used to use iphone now im android and based on what i see each side doing i dont see me moving back. I see a lack of inovation on both sides however the likes of samsung are trying however their latest batch has been seen as gimicy. I see alot of claims about battery here lets hope this south koreon uni gets its new battery design on the next years phones :)
