Its funny that ifans alway say Android lag then they jailbreaked their iphone to look more like Android and their iphone became more lag, LOL. WHy don't they just buy an Android phone and problem solved. I guess they prefer iphone so they can show off to ppl.
Iphone is starting really boring me now. they just keep update the software to ripped off consumers's pockets. I will move on to HTC ONE since 5S is releasing soon. Very Borrrringggg iphone now COOKKKK
[deleted post]im guessing that this comment was meant for me, if not, im replying to it anyways.
you may be right, i am restricted, but ive always used itunes even without iphones, so its not a downside for me.
cydia being a nightmare... i have never had any problems with cydia, ever.
respring constantly... just remove the extension causing the crash. problem solved.
"the theme chooser is horribly coded"
i actually like the iOS look (even tho' sometimes its tiredsome and boring). I dont jailbreak to change its looks. I jailbreak to get features, so, havent had problems there either.
im not saying iOS is perfect. Its far from it. All OS's are far from it. Still, the point i was trying to get across earlier before you jumped in is that iOS(jailbroken or not) works smoother than Android, even stock android. Sorry, but the truth. Is it Lacking features? yes... but there's a jailbreak for that.
Anonymous, 29 May 2013Apparently you have never used Android, there is nothing laggy or buggy on my S3 running CM 10... moreCan you just imagine how literally infuriated apple was after the new GS4 commercial? And i mean no joke. Especially if needs a jobs was still around. He would've gone ballistic ^^

But you all dont understand reality

"Android in it's purest form is buttery smooth, that is why people like me like to get rid of the carrier and manufacturer bloatware "which hinder the phones performance" ... we in the Android community have the freedom to choose when and what we want to run on our phones."
-Yes, you do have that "freedom", so do iOS users. Still, that "freedom" is not backed by most manufacturers/carriers, and that "freedom" voids your warranty. Most people dont know how to jailbreak or run custom roms on android (Even tho' its stupid easy to do) and end up bricking their devices without knowing how to recover it back (which is also stupid easy). So, we do have this "freedom", but not without a cost.
What im saying is that we should not have to choose to void our warranty just because we run stock android/jailbreak our devices in order to have this smoothness and all features we want on OUR phones...
"Listen I have nothing against Apple and the iPhone, I own two iPod touches, but they have fallen behind, and just seem to be in denial, that's all."
-Like i said, i understand. As a matter of fact, i agree with you.
yan, 29 May 2013its not laggy because of your custom rom thanks to CM.... it should be lag free right out of t... moreYou still do not understand, Android is an open system, and it is implemented by many different hardware manufacturers with their own skins, which cause in most cases forthe phone not be be as smooth as Goggle had intended, hence if you purchase a stock Google JB phone it is buttery smooth "that is the pure Google OS", so when you say Android is laggy, it is far from it, Android in it's purest form is buttery smooth, that is why people like me like to get rid of the carrier and manufacturer bloatware "which hinder the phones performance". Once again Google Android is not lagy, people keep getting confused with all the other junk that carriers and manufacturers throw on TOP of the pure Goggle experience as to separate each of their devices from the others. But as I said, we in the Android community have the freedom to choose when and what we want to run on our phones. Listen I have nothing against Apple and the iPhone, I own two iPod touches, but they have fallen behind, and just seem to be in denial, that's all.

Iphone is now second after android. Android is the king in smartphones and tablets. And sooner on PC. Imagine a pc with android......
I cannot believe APPLE will become "DEFOCUSED" when working on multiple lines. This is just nonsense. The iphone screen starts from 3.5, 3.7 and 4 inch, and what does this means? Has Apple became defocused? Think about what you have said Tim. Just admit to the whole world that you just want only 1 iphone size (Which is not true, undeniably). Apple is just ashamed to follow the foot step of other manufacturers.
"It takes a lot of work, a lot of really detailed work, to do a phone right, when you manage the hardware, software and services around it. We’ve chosen to focus our energy on getting those right. And we’ve made the choices in order to do that. So we haven’t become defocused [by] working on multiple lines."
sIt should not be surprised that iPad dominates the tablet market because there has been no high-end tablet from Android. It would be different when high-end tablet running Androids are available.
Anonymous, 29 May 2013Apparently you have never used Android, there is nothing laggy or buggy on my S3 running CM 10... moreits not laggy because of your custom rom thanks to CM.... it should be lag free right out of the box, without the need of CM/custom roms... thats like me running my mouth that my iphone can do and has almost every feature an android phone has(which it does and even some that android doesnt), of course after jailbreaking my iphone...
Be fair and even. Compare phones without Stock Roms and without jailbreak(iOS)
