if they make regular rectangular design then it will be hard to fit in pockets n will look very bad on pockets since my original note looked very bad n was a trouble in keeping pockets while note 2 was much better on that... mega series are also well made pocket friendly... sony n nokia should follow the same design pattern to easily fit on hands n pockets... regular rectangular shape would make it harder to hold, use n keep...

Yes ..you are absolutely right.. I use nokia 808 pureview and would to to go for nokia ta any cost... And judging buy the size and comparing it with.... htc one kept near it, the size could actally be around 5.5+ inches ..we want 41mp camera, 2gb ram, quad core s800 processor, 4040mah battery, and ability to connect my seagate 1tb hardisk to play movies directly on it... ........ We don"t care about weight...NOKIA GO FOR IT...!!!
The Lumia phablet display is one medium tile taller and one medium tile wider than actual WP phones display, which means if it has same tiles size as L920/925/928 (that is very probable indeed) its screen size will be exactly 6 inches.
AnonD-105795, 31 May 2013Nokia making a phablet?? It must be weight at 1/2 kg.yes, mybe.. i remember the n3650 , n70 and n95 huge, thick, heavy slider phone.. anyway its a gossip lumia 1030 whatever..
Want so badly a 12''+ tablet with Windows Pro, msOffice, i7, 1080p, 6gb ram, 300gb+ storage, partitionable drives... It's about time for the laptops to be substituted by tablets. Hope very much Nokia will make one soon. Otherwise will wait for Surface Pro 2
i'm really interested in the nokia phablet concept, judging from what nokia has presented with wp8 their smallest screen (520) is 4 inches, so if the proposed phablet is accompanying 3 med icons, I would say the screen would be 6 inches, which is for me, as 6 inches might be too big to fit in your pocket but it would be fun to play games, browsing, movies and naturally a bigger battery, I also read somewhere that they will be supporting Wacom stylus technology which is probably the best for note taking, drawing...etc
overall I tried almost all platforms but I keep getting back to nokia because although they might be still catching up with the competition, they're devices build quality is second to none, i'm using the 920 for now, but I will definitely buy the nokia phablet whenever its out :)
10 years on mobile phones will have a camera that will rival todays entry level DSLR, but spy shot will remain blurry forever. FACT
