X, 07 Jun 2013Yes, Nokia is awesome walking to the grave:). Nokia is bled dry of money. No money, no Nokia. Why do you care so much then, to keep heroically badmouthing Nokia for so long in every page already? Just calm down and enjoy the show.
WOW it shows that EOS is ready for lunch this year :) but it will kill 925 ecosystem so! don't know how Elop think?!

"I want to be able to see only my skype contacts in skype. Push messaging unreliable, no vibrate, no tone. No landscape keyboard. No sign out. On my flagship Nokia 920 with W8."

Nokia EOS offers convergence. And Nokia don't need to fake their images. They are the undisputed king of cameraphones. The Lumia 920 never boasts to be the best cameraphone. The title currently belongs to the 808 Pureview. The Lumia 920 is the best low-light smartphone camera.
soon Microsoft will eat into android's profit.
Android needs an early death.. for shaming phone makers like Samsung or htc.
nearly 2ghz!! yet lag
Marty H, 07 Jun 2013Lag in Android was a lie started by WP users.
Jealous we had Project Butter.

And with quadcore processors coming to WP later this year, I can't imagine how much faster and more fluid WP is going to be. And it's not true that Android no longer lags.
"The 1.5GHz dual-core processor suits Windows Phone 8 just fine, unlike Android, which seems to be in perpetual need of more cores and gigahertz to overcome stutter and lag." - The Verge
The runner-up - Samsung Galaxy S4
"The TouchWiz user interface has been refined a bit, but it's still flat in places and doesn't match the sophistication of other UIs."
"But what landed the Galaxy S4 as our No. 2 is the laggy user interface -- we've experienced delays and stutters on a number of versions of the phone -- as well as the anemic storage situation. Samsung's 16-gigabyte version of the GS4 only has about 9 gigabytes of storage available to the end user." - AndroidCentral
Anonymous, 07 Jun 2013Isn't the EOS name part of the Canon cameras?EOS in Canon means electro optical system, here it is a codename after the name of the greek goddess of dawn, for analogizing the great camera with the fantastic view you see during sunrise. The final name will be Lumia 1030 or sth like that.
Buy DSLR instead of this phone, it will have worthless camera like Lumia 920 and the rest of specs are joke, Nokia always fake facts and make fake hype, like they did with Lumia 920.
Yes, as expected it is a heavy phone, but so worthy, much better than keeping a phone and a camera separately. That making wireless charging optional by an external cover like 925 is great! You can keep it or not acc to needs

Nokia's R&D is Microsoft, they will never go bankrupt, maybe they'll just change name in the near future when they are fully acquired by MS.
The Nokia of last decade was long dead.
Anonymous, 07 Jun 2013No it did not stop the Lag. You know why? Because All phones lag...ALL PHONES...From time to t... moreThat's the point. All phones have lag. iPhone X (all iPhones) have lag with WhatsApp, for example. If you are doing other thing and then you recieve one, two or more messages from WA you will have lag. And sometimes gets freezed for more than 2 or 3 seconds.
But no one say it.
