Its definitely Xperia ZR. Its totally identical to ZR and all Xperia devices are always something or little bit of different from each other, never identical...
they say that the ZU sports a triluminous display. if taht's true, then this one is fake or its the xperia zr. it obviously has a TFT display
ZU will not have rounded edges like this. Its will have straight edges like the Z
I dont know y many of da ppl r bashing gsmarena dat its the zr nd not the zu
I cant say about the dislay but luk @ da location where it is placed
its clearly above someones thighs
nd even if the person is 5'5" his thighs can easily be about 9-10"
in dat sense the phone sits with huge dimensions
try ur own phones length on ur lap
note 2 nd another 4 incher phone made me easily feel dats its size can be 6.44"...
GSMA, this is the real deal UI of Sony's 4.2 UI:
We can expect that those screenshots at the link will most likely be the UI for both Honami & Togari. And.... you're welcome!
Thats not the ZU, look at the grill above the sony logo. Same design as ZR, so could be it.
that phone will be HUGE, i mean if it is a 6.44inch screen is big enough, but just look at all that unused space at the top and bottom of the display, i would imagine that this picture is not genuine, but maybe from a different model. otherwise this phone would be some crazy sized phablet, eclipsing anything out there currently
GSMArena,This is Xperia ZR,Exactly Same,I compared it with the Xperia ZR pictures, same.
Xperia ZU camera not placed at there, and no illumination bar (for now as i know)
The power button same as ZR place.
And screen is smaller a lot.
I highly doubt that the phone in the picture is xperia ZU because it's too small and it still shows bad viewing angles.
If SONY is indeed using Triluminous display, then bunch of stupid sony haters will not be able to bash the viewing angles anymore, which means they won't have anything to bash about.
This looks nothing like a 6.44 incher... It looks more like a mid-ranged 4.5 incher.
Besides, it has three software buttons, nothing like the UI leak earlier.
The following leak looks more authentic for a larger screen:
McKinley, 13 Jun 2013I highly doubt this image is legit. The display is supposed to be triluminos but that one look... moreAgreed, this screen looks very dull. Also, a display this big only highlights the possible flaws in it.
If it's the same technology as in the Xperia Z, forget about it.
