i don't think samsung phones will be top seller without android. only with android, samsung phones then can become top sellers like today
Actually I like the Touchwiz. In my personal experience, I feel Touchwiz the most friendly than sense or timescape. Just my personal experience ok.
hope they keep the DNSe audio enhancements like they did on Bada...
I thought intel developed tizen in order to make devices with an intel chip. so what's the point in using a Samsung chip? intel does have some good mid-range alternatives!

All carrier UI's are heavier than stock. Touch Wiz is not on top of that list though.
Sense is kinda eye candy, but I think touch wiz looks good next to it still and performs better.
All opinion of course

Touchwiz don't look ugliest. There are other UI which looks damn uglier than Touchwiz. (=
luisitox22, 18 Jun 2013how can you say that, windows phone does not even have a quad core in the market and this od w... moreWhat has any of that to do with Windows Phone? Samsung said that they'll launch Tizen with the specs of their Android flagship. The fact that this won't happen points out to Samsung not really aiming Tizen for the high end, because they know in that price range it would compete very poorly with Android.
Anonymous, 18 Jun 2013This OS is a result of collaboration with Intel and bada OS. Tizen looks like Touchwiz, ugly. ... moreTouchwiz, is not ugly at all .
Actually it's the best now. In look and functionality. Don't think normal ppl would trade TW for stock Android or Sense or else.
AnonD-58835, 18 Jun 2013Tizen gui is HORRIBLE. It is a very basic OS, not commercial. Better use ANDROIDThanks for taking your time, saving us.
GreekGeek, 18 Jun 2013I dont trust Samsung in terms of Graphical interfacegood for you.lol
AnonD-58835, 18 Jun 2013Tizen gui is HORRIBLE. It is a very basic OS, not commercial. Better use ANDROIDYou're right. The UI and the icons of Tizen OS looks like it was taken out of a Chinese phone made by an unknown company and layered on Tizen. It's basic. I think Tizen will be a resource hungry OS like Android(a quad core processor at the debut). If you look deeply in the UI, you will find the feel and look of Android 2.2 froyo or gingerbread. I'll bet on Sailfish OS.

nihal, 18 Jun 2013can my wave 3 get upgrade to tison?
it will get upgrade to Mohamed Ali..not for tyson :D
Wave 3 has old specs and normally no Bada phone will be upgraded to Tizen.
if it is touchwiz ui then i must say ubuntu as well as sailfish os is better than this .....because ui is best thing to consider...now to see war between linux...i am very big fan of linux.... ubuntu in my desktop, meego in my smartphone dual booted with android.FINALLY i was waiting 4 ubuntu, sailfish os as next smrtphone os..now i hv to think abt this bcoz i hate touchwiz(already used in wave2,galaxy s3-i love original ui of android not touchwiz)and this exynos
It will be a misconception to say Tizen is the continuation of MeeGo OS(Sailfish OS is actually the continuation of MeeGo OS). It's really good to know that Samsung trying to do something new. This is actually an open source OS which was created by merging Bada OS and some help from Intel. I've seen the icons. It looks like Touchwiz and certainly feels like Android 2.2 froyo or gingerbread. It will support Android apps natively. For more information about Tizen, search "Tizen Wikipedia.''
