Canvas 4 is awesome phone in terms of software specification and body build.
Battery backup is far much better than canvas 3. I am using it from 2 days and it is working fine.

Its the pre booking price. The features of this phone is way better than Canvas 4. Primary camera is 13MP & secondary is 8MP. If you say about the chipsets even micromax uses cheap processors. So Auxus Nuclea N1 is the best phone in this price range.

in coimbatore micromax service centre is waste officers are not responding well ,too waste paa micromax,plz guys dont buy micromax, for ur best.....

18k is cheap than samsung mobile..as all the features r included in micromax, which has in samsung....very good phone..go & buy it..launchin by last week of july 2013..

totally overpriced, why any one have to spent 18k for the micromax and karbonn like companies, they have not earned the image in the market like samsung, iphone & htc.....it will take some time wait for there turn... too much in hurry :-) lookin only on marketing not on the quality and services of the products! fools.....

I recently visited Micromax service center for touch problem and got it rectified in 2 days but my brother's phone of same problem took 5 days in Nokia

Xolo Play T1000 is much better option, much better specs,built quality and cheaper too, don't know about the customer services of both companies though, seems like they provide poor services like any other company like Sony like with my Xperia P.
So, you can assume that they replaced my Xperia P after taking it and giving a new one with a scratch on the body after 2months of a different colour.
Therefor customer service is not a big issue for me, Xolo Play is the the phone to go for guys.
