Androids app restarts because background service that is always run check for certain apps to run all the time. If app stopped it get restarted.
You make everyone think stupid with what you say cause its not right.

It's not about stopping an app, it's about running multiple apps at the same time. Ever heard of multiwindow miltitasking on Samsung phones? That's Android multitasking at it's finest.
Actually, no. Here you can get a Haswell laptop as low as $830. I'm not doubting that Intel sells processors with a huge profit margin, but $1500 would be for the Ultrabook category.
Some of you people here are obviously quite shallow and still dont know how to read. The article clearly states that it will consume 25% less power. If any of you even went to school youll understand that it will be less demanding on battery. PLIZ THINK BEFORE YOU POST or just dont post anything at all because like they say the more you talk you begin to show how shallow you are.
fidu didu, 10 Jul 2013are you blind? 25% less power consuming means it can run even more time on the same battery ..... more25 % less power consuming? It's just written, not proven. It's a dirty marketing strategy. Even if smartphones that'd run on 3 Ghz ARM processor launches and if you get one, still you'd not be satisfied with the battery life. GSM Arena are given some special variant of the same phone, that's why their battery backup tests shows big numbers whereas in reality, if you use the phone it would barely last 7-8 hours on continuous usage and on a full charge.
The Untouchable, 10 Jul 2013Obviously, you don't know anything about multitasking. I'd stop commenting of I were you.In case you didn't know, Android multitasking is pseudo multitasking, stop an app, after some time it will start again. Kill all the running applications, after some time, they all will be alive again. That's Android multitasking.
I've a 1.2 Ghz quad core processor which is based on Cortex A7 and 28nm fabrication, yet if playing graphics intensive games such as Riptide GP for 10 minutes, i can feel the heat it generates and how badly the battery drains. Android is such a resource hungry OS, i think it needs serious optimization. A 3 Ghz ARM processor which is based on 20nm fabrication will be definitely faster but a 5,000 mAh battery would be necessary for that and it will generate heat no matter how many times to deny it, so a cooling system is worth it.
The Untouchable, 10 Jul 2013Obviously, you don't know anything about multitasking. I'd stop commenting of I were you.Obviously you haven't used iOS and WP8. Task manager apps on Android are top apps lol. Kill apps on Android with task manager only to find out they start up again automatically.

Android multitasking is great for malware and rouge apps running in background all the time. Apps that need multitasking have multitasking on WP8 and iOS.
are you blind? 25% less power consuming means it can run even more time on the same battery .. why the hell would it need a 10,000 mAh ?????????????
My iPhone 4 is more faster and more powerful than this! And my iPhone 5 is light years ahead of this!
Anonymous, 10 Jul 2013my S4 doesn't last 62 hours :(That's GSMA's rating, not actual hours the phone runs.
MobilePowerUser, 10 Jul 2013Put these in WP8 or iOS to use its 100% potential. Put on Android and you can only use 30% lolios multitasking is simply task switching,at least for third party apps. Wp8 doesn't have multitasking for 3rd party apps out of the box.Androids multitasking way better than ios and wp8 combined. so only os which can use this specs better will be android unless ofcource windows 8 comes to mobile
