MisterCats, 01 Aug 2013Is that yet another cheapass LCD display I see? Don't get me wrong - I like what Sony does ... morePlease go look up Triluminous displays, better still why not google the Xperia Ultra and look at the display instead of making ignorant comments! This screen is LCD but the viewing angles issue has been addressed not that it was ever an issue for me as I never view my screen from a crazy angle!
I can't wait for this device. Looks like Sony is keeping its traditional non removable battery :D.
I seems like hoping it's not Xperia i1 because I really hope its camera comes with a xenon flash...not just with only LED flash...I'll go for Lumia 1020 this time and will waiting for another Xperia devices that will comes with a xenon flash in the future...hope so...
Deutet, 01 Aug 2013Make it dual sim and battery min 3000mAh and I'll take it Yes Deutet, Sony will make it JUST for you, don't you worry.
Is that yet another cheapass LCD display I see?
Don't get me wrong - I like what Sony does usually, and the Xperia P is my favorite smartphone to this day - but this is purely neglecting requests for a better screen.
September, hmmmm Sony still has time to implement Android 4.3 on it before they reveal it.
The picture taken with the early model doesn't look good. Not to blame it because it's still a prototype. If it has on screen keys, non removable battery and no xenon flash, then i am off thinking of this phone anymore.
oppo find 007, 01 Aug 2013honami sensors is too small should come with 1 inch sensor and 6 inch display with stylus then... moreIts not direct competition for the Note series. Its a competitor for the s4 and One. Shud beat them too especially wit camera, battery n processing power.
LG's new flagship may b competing with both the note 3 n the 3 phones mentioned above
Sony whants to keep on their beauty design even with a 20mp camera, if you compare it to Nokia lumia 1020 which has a little big part taken by the camera in it's back side, which making the device looks oldish, thick, and not really a perfect design.
i love sony's samll lens of a 20mp... maybe if it was a 41mp lens it would be still smaller than nokia's.
the only real flaw of the phone seems to be is the waist of the buttom front bezel - either fill it with stereo speakers like in the htc one/place the 3 function buttons on it and not on the screen itself/get read of the buttom bezel completely to make more room for the screen. sony learn from mistakes!
If all the rumored specs are ture, and this phone comes to Canada i will probably be saying adios to my S3 have had some bad experinces with this phone over the year I have had it. Does do a great job just would like a more premium feel and product
its an interesting model till yet by looking the features and specs of i1 its a big threat for s4
