You should exercise some common sense, 2 out of 5 is user rating,I have a Sam Gal phone and some App put out by the company themselve are dire.
So eg if the facebook app had a low star rating I woud avioid it & "pin" the bookmark to home page.
You can have the app or the boomark, on the home page you get the icon.
No news on its QWERTY cousin the Q30?
Seriously if you just want 'yet another black slab' why would buy BB?
Really do the want the Q30 though!

That's Facebook. 2 stars out of 5. Not even Facebook works.
And if you go back to see All Social Networking apps; almost all have 1 or 2 star ratings.
And they only have a few apps. Twitter. Facebook and a few others nobody uses.
Carlos, 12 Aug 2013It doesn't matter. It's still a Blackberry without Apps. Do you understand what are you saying by yourself?? I use android by myself, but blackberry now has plenty of apss! And if you can't find anything you want in app world then you can sideload android app, which will run as smooth as on android device. There's Even a site for those apps called bb10bars. So next time be quiet before you say something stupid.
Anonymous, 12 Aug 2013Have to look at real life usage before judging any phones. Might be good. It has no apps. None.

Looks smooth. Great work BB. Now release a few more models for every price segment of the market.
Nice looking phone but this will probably get lost in the year-end shuffle of high-end phones from Apple, Samsung, HTC, Nokia Lumia GDR3, etc.
