I happen to be one of those people, because I can type at at least 35 WPM and 100% acuracy with a physical 12 button keypad and predictive t9, at least twice as fast and much more accurate than anything I've found with a just a touch screen. people keep calling this thing inexplicable or silly, but it is precisely what I've been looking for for years. I'm just overwhelmingly sad that it's not going to be water resistant. That's literally the only other desire I had in my next phone.
The phone in the pictures is not Samsung Galaxy Folder, it's Samsung Hennessy meant only for chinese markets (for now anyway)
Samsung Galaxy Folder is a different phone with bigger displays, different hardware inside and so on.
good to see some buttons but why dual screens cant it be a simple twist hinge, dual screen is just waste of money and will add only to thickness and is plain silly
What you need to realise is that these phones are NOT designed for the majority. They are designed for a minority who have expressed a demand for something like this. Its not for heavy users or people who watch videos/movies etc on their phones. Smart move from Samsung and im sure it will sell well.
this is going back to the dark ages. come on samsung stop using the older versions of nokia.
So ugly. Why Samsung can't ever create a good looking phone?
The idea seems outdated. It may have been a fad 5 years back, now smartphones are launched with touchscreens you need not even touch. I can't fathom the idea of how a 3 pronged interfaces - 2 touchscreens and a keypad would enhance your experience, when 1 touchscreen is enough. I don't foresee any spectacular sale forecast this phone from Samsung.
need at least 2 gb RAM
... ugly, impractical, nonrational and therefore probably expensive.

I never said Samsung is the star of smartphone sales in Japan, I only said it could be a hit, a hit needed for Samsung and that way to enhance their position in 日本.
