Kaka, Cambodian, 20 Aug 2013I dislike plastic cover of Galaxies, good software but bad plastic body. Why not glass, alumin... moreBecause:

1) Glass
- adds weight, is a fingerprint magnet, and shatters when dropped
- was dropped from the iPhone 5 back, which yielded reduced weight and reduced fingerprinting on the back compared to its prececessors the 4 and 4s

2) Aluminium
- adds weight, blocks transmission from the antenna and is no more premium a material than your average coke/ beer can
- the iPhone 4 initially faced reception problems when held in certain ways because of Aluminium, this was solved with the 4s having no less than 2 antennae
- is vulnerable to scuffing and scratches (Aluminium is a soft metal), as evidenced by the latest problems with the back panel of the iPhone 5.

3) Plastic
- lightweight, strong, if not particularly scratch resistant (though less evidently so than Aluminium)
- new polycarbonates are resilient and can be bent over and will retain memory of their original shape (bounce right back) which metal cannot do
- also doesn't block reception like Aluminium or metal does, reducing need for multiple antennae
- the Motorola phones use Kevlar, which is a type of polycarbonate and is durable as well (they are used in bulletproof vests)
- let's face it, to protect that gorgeous aluminium iPhone 5 back, you're going to be investing in a... plastic back cover

So there you have it, the pros and cons for each material. In all honesty there are more pros for using plastic/ polycarbonate than there are cons.

it would be nice if samsung makes the snapdragon 800 version available globally..snapdragon 800 is more powerful than exynos octa-core.

Good news but i remember my S4 16 GB version has only about 8GB and i pretty much am fed up with the cheating Samsung is doing on users, like saying 16 GB and giving just 8 GB. I am sure Note 3 won't have full 32 GB Memory, it would be around 16-22 GB. Look at Apple, they are releasing the next iPhone with 128 GB, that's massive. I'd like Samsung to fix that ugly and buggy TouchWiz Launcher, it lags in basic applications.

Rezz, 19 Aug 2013iPhone 5 is much better than this handsetas an Android user, I admit iOS is a better OS in terms of usability, stability and smoothness. I respect Apple for making a polished and smooth OS. However, I like the ability to tweak my Android, i can compromise on a not-so-polished (ie uglier) android
