For the Android little guy OEMs and that means Acer, Asus, Huawei, ZTE and/or Gigabyte etc to win, they'll have to balance specs along with a more aggressive approach at courting xda devs' community support or die trying.
They're proving that that they can put out decently specced droids at competitive RRPs yes but the whole cause may well be short lived if it's not coupled w/ good and timelier fw/sw updates.
Isn't the acer a rebranded Chinese make?? I have been looking aver that past few days for a phone and was looking at the Chinese brands as the namely brands are a rip off. There was one which was exactly the same but just rebranded.as acer.
