F series is Flipkart exclusive.
That is the only difference between these two.
M/F series and A series have difference in Plastic body vs metal body.

There are often region specific exclusive or limitations. For example, M or F series can use over 5k mAh battery in India however many countries around the world don't allow that yet. Same can be said for other components. Samsung's A16 is however same across the globe without any changes. Those changes or exclusivities sometimes may be included in the F or M.
Not Android 15, it come with Android 14 and OneUI 6.1

You shouldn’t have to spend hours comparing the F16, M16, A16 5G, A16, and all of the other phones with nearly the same specs. If someone can’t afford an A16, they can just buy an A06 or a used A15. Adding new letters like F and M does nothing but complicate the lineup and make it harder for consumers to know what they’re buying
"Military ahh" name schemes💀, at least Apple doesn't do ridiculous name schemes like this one
you have to suffer, 14 Mar 2025this would make numbers if it was released in 2019"2019 ahh" design phone
Darth Caesium, 12 Mar 2025Why, just why? Samsung is overproducing phones yet again. How does this make them more profit?Anon guy is yet again with his claims about you know what being multi-exposure in x200u news.

And iirc I've heard that making it online-exclusives can making it cheaper for some reason. The same reason why Poco is only sold in online store in my country.
NAMING SUX, 13 Mar 2025Come on man! You don't have to turn this into a war. F16 planes, M16 rifles. What'... moreNot TNT, but they're using TFT on their entry level phones.
Come on man! You don't have to turn this into a war. F16 planes, M16 rifles.
What's next? Galaxy TNT?
Why not sell it as M16 with new colours? Why add another model to the crazy amount of models, Samsung?

M Series is exclusive to South Asian online markets, F series is exclusive to Flipkart India. A series is the global edition of mid and low rangers. It's not confusing much if you understand the phone market. Like the richer countries such as US, some in EU, Japan, Korea etc markets don't have these 500 different Chinese phones that come out every month, with good specs and cheap prices. In those markets, Galaxy A series dominates. And people there can pay higher prices. India is the biggest low income market in the world, hence Samsung do some cost cuttings to their A series and launch the M/F series to compete with 20 other brands. If you go outside of South Asia or India, you won't see the M or F series much.
Are you sure it's based on Android 15? Cuz as far as I know it's running on Android 14 so don't spread misinformation

Darth Caesium, 12 Mar 2025Why, just why? Samsung is overproducing phones yet again. How does this make them more profit? Also dual periscope, so 1/1,3" shorter one+ 1/1,4" 4,1x.
Darth Caesium, 12 Mar 2025Why, just why? Samsung is overproducing phones yet again. How does this make them more profit?I speculated things about 16 ultra and not much later there is a leak about them testing a periscope with a 1/1,3" sensor.

Common smartphone users care little about whatever powers their devices. Taking clear photos, big internal storage, long lasting battery, decent charging and no lag are their main interest. Maybe games for a few others.
Confusing people with different rebrands is just a way to make hype for "something new" and keep that product relevant for a month or so. Some people often buy things on haste because of that marketing strategy.
Darth Caesium, 12 Mar 2025Why, just why? Samsung is overproducing phones yet again. How does this make them more profit? What is high.tech rambling about in x15u vs s25u comparison?
Samsung should just merge the A, M, and J series at this point. Like what is the benefit of keeping them separate anymore when it just makes things way more confusing for the consumer?
