I purchased a Lenovo smart phone in April, 2013. Within 2 months of the purchase the mobile phone developed defect and well within the warranty period of 1 year. Its screen started getting blurred to dead black. The mobile phone was deposited at Delhi service centre (just one service centre in whole of Delhi NCR working strictly as per govt timings ,, 10 to 5, mon to sat) for repair on June2013 which said that its motherboard has some problem and they do not have part. They have to get it from the company and within a week I will get my phone but now it is almost THREE months but they have not rectified the defect. Sometimes they say that the motherboard has to come from china ,blah, blah , blah…….The mobile is still lying with them and they are not informing anything about the status nor even responding to mails and it is very difficult to reach them on phone(their customer care line for mobiles cost Rs 2 per min(for other products it is toll free) something that has never been seen till date) and they are neither providing any time frame for return of the handset. Mails written even to MD were not even responded, a satisfactory reply is a distant thought

If the price of this phone is affordable and planned in the range that even the middle class people can afford it then I think it can capture the biggest market and give a tough competition to all other mobile companies

What's wrong with phone company these days? Mediatek CPU can't handle android as well as snapdragons & even an Intel's CPU. Even their k800,k900 phones was discontinued support by Lenovo. You'll never get software updates. Their engineer are sleeping.

Most people don't want ultra thin devices... 8-8.5mm is better with a great battery!
