Look iPad 4 scores, no need for excuses when apple delivers beast performance even with screen resolutio like that.

By the way apple was first with hires screen on smartphones, yet the iPhone 4 was still fastest, so just like i said that lowscreen crap is only fandroids excuse for bad performance.

The high scores are because of the low resolution screen, if this iphone had a 1080p display like the other android flagshios the score would have been much much lower.

Bilal, 12 Sep 2013Come on guys just accept the idea that the apple is the best in managing their devices and com... moreApple shows the competition that dual cores and a vamped up GPU are all that's needed to spank the Quad/Octa core turds floating around..

Google/Moto has also proved this with its dual core/GPU setup in its MOTO-X that also spanks 99% of the Quad/Octa monsters..

According to Qualcomm, the number of CPU cores doesn’t really matter, as 17 of the top 20 app in China use two CPU cores at most. And even the rest barely needed the power of the third and fourth cores. This ultimately makes the struggle to pack more and more cores into a CPU redundant.

The chipmaker states that it’s not the number of cores that matter, but their performance. As a result packing more of the old cores isn’t better than less of the new.

Samsung announcing 64 bit is not a big thing as of now. We need to understand when android will announce 64 bit OS. Because android 64bit should work seamlessly with samsung 64bit. If samsung 64bit going to work with android 32bit then it is of no use to get performance.

Again once android releases 64bit OS then they will have android share split between android ICS, android Jelly bean and android 64bit

Again android developers will hv a hectic time in changing all the apps. Same time ios smooth deployment to all iDevices will hv an edge.

I said new iPhone is real power beast and apple delivers!

Just like every year, no matter what the numbers on paper look, apple is always winner.

popye, 12 Sep 2013Booo, the human eye can no longer distinguish individual pixels once it reaches the 300ppi thr... more*cough* Wrong. The human eye can distinguish up to 500ppi not 300. The reason Apple doesn't want to up their resolution again is because every single store app will have to be re optimized for the higher resolution display.

Well Galaxy S4 has to process more than twice the number of pixels compared to iPhone...this achievement is very commendable and shows iPhone is useless when it comes to RAW power. Also Note 3 and LG Optimus G2 will pretty much crush 5S once OpenGL ES 3.0 is taken into consideration as performance jump will be grater for the Droids.

The NEW iPhone5s should be compared to something that is actually relevant, like for example the Note 3 or something else with a Snapdragon 800. Comparing a NEW yet to be released phone to something that came out ages ago and saying "oh look how much faster it is (like... 5% faster)" is just stupid... Yes Apple have a stable OS but they are really slacking off on the hardware.

- iPhone 5 user. Also i don't care what you guys say, it's just not normal to have to charge your phone EVERY SINGLE DAY! This goes for all phones, not just mine, next year i'm getting something from Motorola, at least they know how to make batteries...

uhm..., 12 Sep 2013Its all relative bud. 300ppi is good on a 4 inch phone...but u can't appreciate that sharpness... more300ppi on a 4 inch screen and 300ppi on a 5 inch screen provide the exact same level of clarity. that's what the "per inch" part of "ppi" means... are you high?
