Rofl 50k we can get a i7 laptop comeon samsung.I paid Note2 39k last sep now it is 27.5k and no one will talk about note 2 except its specs:( every one will recognize only i5, z, one, s4 so it is not as popular phone as normal 5inch phone.after 6 month the price will be 36k lol
₹50k for a exynos note 3?? Even its not the snapdragon 800 varient so what it have more than a s4 just a bigger screen and a latest android . I dont know why people waste thier 50k for nothing much.lg g2 with s800 should launch near 42k. Gs4 is now near 33k what is that great this note 3 have(exynos varient).hope chinese company sell their phones in india.just for example xiomi mi 3 's both varient tegra4& snap800 ,64 gb version is sold in china at $407 wich is around ₹25k so u can get two xiomi mi 3 snp800 with 64Gb memory in 50k instead of a note 3. Very much over priced note3.
Note 3 without snapdragon AND without 4k recording and that too at Rs. 49,900 is a BIIIIIG NO NO .......LOOK ELSEWHERE... SONY OR APPLE...
Guys, guys guys.....
It is not samsung want to increase the price. The price of all newly introduced devices will have more cost this year. In india we don't have any choice other than to pay. This is just because of DOLLAR PRICE INCREASE. So even Sony Xperia Z1 will also be introduced in india at high prices.
All Indians need to take burden. This is one of the reason all company introduce new model every year. Also the old model that is there in india the companies will incur loss by taking beating in there margins
it is huge price for smart phone in india rs 49900/- is mentiond in online store.bcoz cane some one tel me when its rate will to around rs 4000/- drops.
Rs. 49990/- for Note 3. Thats huge. I see no point in fixing its price to that level. See, most of the population in India belongs to a middle-class or higher middle-class. And its obvious thing that, they can't afford it. Yes, rich people shouldn't have any problem to spend that much money on a phone. Why companies like Mucromax, karbonn, lava are gaining so much popularity in India is because they make a phone with decent enough specifications at a fairly low price. Of course they don't match the quality of high end phones like s3, s4, note 1,2,3 but they perform good enough to make their investors satisfy. Companies should take some measures to cut the production cost and make the products little affordable. Anything around 30000/- would be good. :)
Anonymous, 17 Sep 2013Wait for Nokia Lumia 1520. It will be way better than this ugly crap. Long live Nokia!Long live Nokia, a Microsoft Company!
Why better things goes to US first , I dont know . Havent Samsung get their desired user-base in India by selling previous galaxy phones ... Why Why Why
Lokesh, 17 Sep 2013Samsung Fanboys can say nice attitude. Processor is the lifeline of any Smartphone, but Samsun... moreYa wait until sony xperia z1 arrives.
For this price samsung din't got on sales in india.
They thought Indians are uneducated.
gam30toronto, 17 Sep 2013it's funny how you just don't see it do you? I am sure Samsung did put all these GIMMICKS to m... moreWhat the hell is wrong with you with that touch id useless feature?! You mean that fingerprint scanner that is used just to replace entering one's passwords, that the moto atrix already had since 2011 is bigger than all of the exlusive and irreplaceable features that the Note 3 has? If someone doesn't have a fingerprint scanner on their phone they can always type passwords as usual or just used gesture pass key that's very simple on any Android phone, but how can you replace data transfer capability that's 10 times faster than the USB 2.0? or the pc-like multitasking? Or the advanced stylus if you're a designer or an artist? Or the much bigger and much sharper screen? Or even the bigger replaceable battery? Can you be more ridiculous? Lol
Zzzz, 17 Sep 2013U wana use ur finger print on every online games/onlineapps/online accounts? i dont wana do that...No one says you have to use it for everything but it will save us from remembering half of our passwords. On the other hand, don't we use the same passwords for most of our things? Lol i am sure it takes 2 seconds to break into our online accounts if someone really needs to anyway. Finger print technology gives us another Layer of security. This may not be a replacement of passwords and passcodes.. maybe an additional layer to make it more secure? or just touch id for simple things like opening a screen? that to me is already much more easier.
Samsung Fanboys can say nice attitude. Processor is the lifeline of any Smartphone, but Samsung is giving a fail octacore processor in Note 3. At this price point they are cheating with the Indian customers. 4k video recording is not available in the Indian market also. I suggest Indian customers to wait Sony xperia Z1 Honami. It will provide a Snapdragon 800 and 20.7MP Snapper with lossless zoom technology.
Wait for Nokia Lumia 1520. It will be way better than this ugly crap. Long live Nokia!
HTC Max with snapdragon 800 is coming.octa processor is battery sucker

I am sure Samsung did put all these GIMMICKS to make you buy the phone. Of course they have to put these stupid things for you to spend $700+ on this crab.
the wacom digitizer , advanced stylus, exclusive apps, multiwindow-multitasking, pop up browser and vid player, hover ability to preview just about anything from folders, scene on a video, to effects from a pic editor, etc.
WOW. i bet there are more. but at the end of the day. it's just some software enhancements and gimmicks. Do we really need the above? are the excusive apps really gonna change the future of phones? no. Touch ID, just one thing. just paved the future.
