iOS 7 is now available world wide. If no update is displaying on your end, keep clicking "Update" or "Check for update" constantly, and it will eventually display that an update is available. :)

Just before noon here (Mountain Time) iOS7 coming through on the iPhone download but not on the Mac. Mac App Store won't find new version of iTunes yet.
