Other companies make phones and OS's besides Android, you ... moreBy the way, if i read just a little betwen the lines it seems you are at hard work to stay AWAY from Android. I was in that situation also, in 2010 there was not much great about Android, Galaxy S was the famous Android at the time and it was quite tasteless in its iphone copycat'ing and extreme software incompatibility and lack of LED Flash. However, when Nokia killed Maemo in 2010 and Meego were stil nowhere in sight and my Maemo5 N900 had started to feel tired i had to go to Android, it was the best option now that Froyo was already out. I did go back to Nokia for a bit when N9 came out but it was very clear that Meego was nothing compared to Maemo5, and i could not stand the blurry pixelated pentile display of the N9, i just used N9 as a backup phone before eventually giving it away. I stay with Android for now and move on when something better comes around.

Does it look like we were stupid enough to sit with Symbian up until this day? I know lots of people are, some still run around with their Symbian Nokias and think its so great. Those are the stupid fanboys, android fans are simply people who were smart enough to move on even before anyone knew the Symbian ship were sinking.

Clearly you never heard of being humble in victory. It's this arrogance that really puts me off the Android community, although my alternatives are diminishing now the Nokia and Blackberry are disappearing. You must be proud.
This guy in the picture looks like Stephen Elop.
lol nokia now blackberry hahaha all coos of one and only one thing android wow it's damn powerful that it crushes any one who opposes it leaving just one for its time pass n to entertainment apple lol
its so sad to see my lovely phone brand passing through this.
Used to be great indeed but all good things come to an end I guess.
I hope their hardware survives at least.
Google, Buy Blackberry. The software team would fuse with Android to make Android a lot more secure and the Hardware team would fuse with Motorola to make great touch and type phones like the Q10.
2 companies that would do the world a huge favour and cement their foot-print on our daily lives :- HP and Blackberry. If only they shall merge, share their technology and use their already established distribution chain. Otherwise whats happening now is the sad demise of 2 great consumer stars burning out in the clogged deep space of technology.
so sad
