Everyone knows 64bit is needed for 4gb up to 128g. If the resources are there why not use them??? A powerfull brain theres no point without the memory. Its like being a 102 year old physicist. LOL
Just couldn't remember any of his knowlege when needed.
your all talking a load of garbage.
fact is both apple and android can be awesome in their own way.
android fans - get over it apple have made a phone with new tech
apple fans ( which is me also btw) - if the droids wanna kick up a fuss about it let them. no one is making them buy an iphone!
[deleted post]Fandroids it's ok cry.. :< delusional quad cores and octa cores loose by tiny strong dual core.:>
Android and Samsung fanboys assemble aaaaaaaaaannnnd...... attack!!!!
harlekkin, 24 Sep 2013I didn't even mention 64-bit in my initial comment, oh please, you liar. Believe what you ... moreOh but you did mention the 64bit chip, you didn't say it to me, but you did. You said that the apps would taken advantage of the chip even without the 4GB of ram, while its in fact would not. Remember now? Or are you having a short term memory problem? Poor guy.
Saintek, 24 Sep 2013Can this new Iphone multitask like multiwindow?? does the apps opened are working on the backg... moreiOS multitasking is user-centric rather than technology-centric.
iOS can run multiple applications in the background where it needs to, and where it is smart to do so. It won't run the video player in the background when you are trying to browse the web however, since you can't watch both on iPhone at the same time like on a mac. That only makes sense though.
Apps like Facebook and e-Mail however can all run while you are writing notes or watch movies. It's up to the developers what the apps need to do whilst in idle mode.
Multitasking is great, but wanting a device to run illogical processes at the same time is a waste of resources.
well put!!! without 4gb of lpddr3 ram today or for the next year it's just as behind as ever. new tech means nothing without the right combinations
The Monster, 24 Sep 2013My argument was solid. You were taking pride on the 64bit chip as if it's what makes the iphon... more@The Monster - haha, what a joke. Go see what anandtech has to say about the A7. It has beaten ALL the processors on the market, including the Snapdragon 800 and the octo-core. You are talking about a single test where the score is better for the quads because it's a multi-threaded test. But overall the A7 smoked the competition. I know it's hard to take, but it's true. :(
Anonymous, 24 Sep 2013First of that 64bit chip-set is made using samsung's 28nm gate technology. second 64 bit is ... morei think you misunderstood about 64 bit. in 32bit max ram capacity is 4gigs whereas in 64 bit there is practically no ram limit .
The Monster, 24 Sep 2013My argument was solid. You were taking pride on the 64bit chip as if it's what makes the iphon... moreI didn't even mention 64-bit in my initial comment, oh please, you liar.
Believe what you will. I'm no longer wasting my time on you.
mw, 24 Sep 2013And great feet of engineering by Samsung. =)Yeah. They are paid labours who did what Apple asked them to do with a Blue-print. Do be sooo in 1800's. Why on earth Samsung makes the first 64 bit cpu for smartphones and sells it to Apple? Stupidity has a limit!
Samsung's Manufacturing process, not technology. The tech behind it is Apple's. Why would samsung make a better processor and sell it to Apple. Sounds ODD? yes.
And 64 bit is useful only with 4 Gb ram or above??? Thats a myth! Read more about 64 bit computing, you will know...
Abhinavp30, 24 Sep 2013actually you can. Let's take it you have never used an iOS device and you write what you read ... moreI think the Crydroids is not accepting the facts and that's why they're delusional right now on facts given already so sad for them... =(
harlekkin, 24 Sep 2013Wow, you are putting words in my mouth. I never said anything that you claim I did.
All I ... moreMy argument was solid. You were taking pride on the 64bit chip as if it's what makes the iphone run fast and I corrected you. You also said that the octacore is gimmick, and I showed you that the Note 3 that will bear it will definately need its power like a true computer need a powerful cpu. And you'd be dreaming thinking that this dualcore cpu will be faster than the octacore that will be present in the Note 3. Even the Xperia Z Ultra's Snap 800 has beaten the i5s A7 on Geekbeench 3, let alone the Note 3.
I never said the iphone won't be able to run its apps, but it can only run one at a time so, all that power would just be a waste, of course not so with the Note 3, it indeed perform a pc-like multitasking, and yes it can render video on the browser, and even more than one or even two vid. And that is why my point is legit, and also why your iphone's new chip is pretty much a waste of good resource.
Saintek, 24 Sep 2013Can this new Iphone multitask like multiwindow?? does the apps opened are working on the backg... moreactually you can. Let's take it you have never used an iOS device and you write what you read without understanding it. You can do both things and much more.
Sgeatar, 24 Sep 2013It is one thing as every user know, Apple's 1ghz processer means others' dual core one (by spe... moreLets highlight that its made by samsung!! woo camera made by sony!! wooo and they say apple makes it themselves woo

Anonymous, 24 Sep 2013First off, I like apple products and even own a few, so this is in no way a bash...but I think... moreI think you are one of the very few people that are normal in this forum. Good work! Go stick with what you think is best for you.
Can this new Iphone multitask like multiwindow?? does the apps opened are working on the background or just freeze? can i see a video wile am sending an email?? can i copy paste an excel workbook to a note when both are open?? Oh! i dont think so..ppl keep saying 1.3 dualcore do so many things! what things?? it can only handle one app in a time. and the 64bits is ussless, i mean does it have more than 4gb ram?? haha its just crazy. the only good thing is GPU but then is a small toy cellphone so i cant play. im not a samsung fan..i have a nexus 4...but i think its better choice..
