Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and LG also try to copy iPhone. So what's wrong to copy. Is that Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and LG never copy from Motorola? I don't think so.

Oh see this one, must be iphone copy hahahahaaa!
Anyone is building touchscreen phone, is better than iphone hardware preferences, how is that possible to bee copy from iphone.
And where the iphone did copy the idea from then, because PDA touchscreen devices did exist over ten years a go!

Motorola ZN5 vs. Samsung Innov8
r e v i e w s . c n e t . c o m /4370-6454_7-687-101.html?tag=smallCarouselArea.0
Yikes. This might just be the closest cell phone Prizefight ever. After trouncing the Sony Ericsson C902 in the previous camera phone Prizefight, the Motorola ZN5 barely eked out a win over the Samsung Innov8. It is a surprising result, considering the Innov8 offers more features and a higher resolution camera. However, the ZN5's superior call quality and design put it on a path to victory. It even managed to hold its own in the camera and photo quality round to have a tie. It just goes to show that bigger is not always better. All hail the Motorola ZN5, the champion camera phone.

Motorola has more experience in the touchscreen phone than Nokia (first touchscreen with high price Euro 425) and Sony Ericsson. Motorola next year will release the first brand use OS Windows Mobile 6.5 (nearly to Windows Mobile 7).
