the side slide isn't sony ericsson idea
it come from O2 or HTC
those SONY ERICSSON fan such a dunnp
Looks dab compared to e71 /66, not a great design. Qwerty keypad has a irrelevant partition, can't imagine why. If its just a design, then its bad.. real bad..
If this phone is cheaper than X1 it is much better buy in my opinion, if anything I welcome new smart phones with this design in mind. I hope to see more like them.
this is another Xperia in making. If priced well it will do wonders....nokia stop copying other brands and try innovating some better design
nokia is doin something nonsense.........they always say dat wan to focus on n series then now they jus done the good job on e series onli......but they dun care about the n series software problem
Murugan Thunai, 26 Nov 2008Yes you are right. Nokia didn't copy it from sony ericsson. They copied it from htc s710. Am i... moreX1 is to damn ugly to compare it with a nokia.
I just wan2 say,x1 is ugly.and i just read n review of bb storm.it is a joke.bb core users will loath it.im just cloating here.ha.ha.ha.
omg, 25 Nov 2008Dumb SE fan :) many phones before x1 are made with side keyboard. And this phone is not even s... moreYes you are right. Nokia didn't copy it from sony ericsson. They copied it from htc s710. Am i right?
SE fans. se x1 is much better. Please don't compare it with se x1. It is a big insult to se x1.
Anonymous, 25 Nov 2008Nice try....
Nokia seems to have the SE X1 in sight. The guys need to do something differen... morecan you please explain which part of the E75 that ripped X1?
cause i can't find any. The E75 uses curved-style design, while the X1 uses boxy design. There's no similarity at all.
if you refer to the slide keypad, the credit should go to HTC (and Siemens), not X1.
Anonymous, 25 Nov 2008Nice try.... Nokia seems to have the SE X1 in sight. The guys need to do something differen... moreI doubt it. That design isn't new nor uncommon, so I don't see the point in linking two phones as direct competitors based on form factor. Besides, Nokia would know better (even at this cotroversial point in development) than to sport this humble feature set against something else with an obviously heavier set aimed at high performance like the X1. E75 good enough for business - which is the point.
I hope this phone can support ngage.plz.ngage
Nokia, wake up!!!! What hapen with your technicians and designers. I am nokia fan and i start to don't like anymore the new phones. The built quality is very bad.... I am gsm technician. Sorry for my bad english.
nokia is now back to its elements!
bravo NOKIA!
If Nokia is trying to enter the domain of real business phones with this device and compete with the traditional giants - Blackberry and HTC, have they ensured BB support? Without that, the E75 is as good as a Nokia 1100. The E90, and the E71 to some extent, were the first real business devices, let's see if Nokia can keep up with the big boys in the business arena.
And please.. the E66 and E51 are a joke.

not bad ...........ok .........................e75 very beautiful
Nice try....
Nokia seems to have the SE X1 in sight. The guys need to do something different, and unique instead of just ripping designs.
This addition to the E series will appeal to many. For best price/quality ratio the E51 is an outstanding device in the range and this one will appeal to heavy emailers. What is apparent is that this range will have much wider appeal than the business community for whom the e series was originally designed. Similarly the o series is more than capable of appealing to business users. Nokia provides a compelling alternative to windows mobiles with this range.
First of all, most of you people should learn to write in proper English. If you don't, stop posting garbage. Second, Nokia didn't let anybody down with their products. There are phones that suit you and there are phones that don't. It's that simple. Yes, Nokia, doesn't have a push e-mail feature YET, but you can always get a Blackberry, see how that works out for you after 1 year ;))Nokia is not perfect, but it's probably as close as you can get to the ultimate phone.
Oh, and don't think that if you ask Nokia to release or cancel a phone on this forum, that it will happen. That's just plain stupid/childish.
