Saw an LG curved display at the mall, dun even know why it had to be curved lol and it cost over $10000 for a 40"
There is obviously some benefit of the curved glass..one of them is that it will facilitate better grip in the palm..
I thought it have flexible screen ,but just only curve display , did samsung know what different curve and flexible ??
But hey ! Sam fan think its innovation !
This is one of those things where Android thinks of, but Apple will actually make useful.
As it stands.. why even release this as a "feature"?
Jus put your GS4 in oven it will become a curved oled display, sammys innovations r good for nothing
So the only thing they were able to do was to put this type of screen onto the Galaxy Note 3, and even weren't able to include same battery? The phones were supposed to have bigger batteries because the screen takes less place.
It looks like they released this in a hurry just "to be first".
what the heek! whats the use of curved display? it is unique but i dont get whats the purpose.
Good phone for me. For its 4.7 inch big display, there is no more problem using only one hand. I will upgrade my GN2 to galaxy note 4 if it will be curved like this.:)
Samsung, you shall re-think the useful of flexible screen.
Example use it for smart watch - GEAR 2 probably, with it curve design will made the watch futuristic look.
But.. not this silly idea of curve phone!
Nice looking but i don't really expect this to be of a real use as just simply curved phones aren't of that use unless i can roll it completely and put it in my pocket.
Mostly this will be a marketing gimmick.
I don't understand having a curved display unless it's flexible all the time.
My smartphone has already curved display and its non other than Galaxy nexus. LOL
