Don't know what Sammy is doing these last few years but although these aren't bad devices they are certainly not worth the steady increase in price while nothing changes. In short you get nothing for your bang, at least not something that would make you want to buy it. Sure, Apple is doing the same bullshit, more for less. Luckily other brands try to bring novelties, even if it's only design-wise. I'm happy with my A56 but it could have been a phone from 10 years ago when looking at it.

sixtymes, 03 Nov 2025If they don't provide camera and battery upgrades, I'll switch brands. This year only Oppo Find X9 Pro/Vivo X300 Ultra/Honor Magic 8 Pro makes sense. Sub-flagships have terrible camera.

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2025So R&D is free? You don't have to pay for it?It's not free, but they're still a manufacturer, it will cost less for them. It's cheaper for them than buying a new Snapdragon. That's why I used the word greed. Because other manufacturers buy screens, RAM, ROM, cameras for their phones from Samsung, add the same Snapdragon processor and in return release a phone that's a few hundred dollars/euro cheaper, with more RAM and ROM. Do you get the point?

Also with same shitty 5000mah battery and slow charging, it's better to choose chinese phones itself.

Why not have the Unpacked event in January so people know what to expect and just release it in March. It's not like the phones are launching the same day they announce them.
