The OS is also very polished and smooth, it just "flows", you can tell they spent some time achieving that. My new favorite Android skin.
I've had an S23 before, the 400 Pro makes it look like a toy, everything is just better on the Honor - battery, OS, build, settings you can fiddle with, everything. Can't comment on the camera seriously (I don't care) but from the few shots I've taken, they are about equal and good quality on both.
So yea, well deserved, Honor.

?Didn't dare testing the dust part but the better waterproofing is great.
Also, the inner screen is the most toughest in comparison to other foldables.

Honor Magic 8 Pro has nailed camera this time despite having same camera hardware as 7 Pro. I don't know what they did, but difference is noticeable. Software is literally smooth as butter. Only problem with Honor is battery capacity, they have reduced a lot compared to Chinese model, but still it lasts 1 day and heavy usage. RoW model stays on for 1.5 days easily due to bigger battery. Honor Magic 8 Lite/Honor X9D is easily three days phone. Honor Win is easily four days phone on casual usage.

They made some really great phones in the past year so it is predictable to see them grow so high.
The Honor 200 and 200 Pro are one of their best phone ever. It were so great that Honor was forced to downgrade it in subsequent series, Honor 400.
Their flagship phone were great too, Magic 6 Pro - 8 Pro, have great specs and slightly cheaper than other competitors.
Their UI were a bit boring when compared to others but hey at least it is stable than HyperCrap.
Honestly if they improved their aftersale service, they would go higher than this.

They haven't released the Magic 7 Pro in India yet. Wanted to buy it provided it came with the 5850mAh and at a better pricing than the 6 Pro which launched at ₹89999/- which roughly translates to 997$ that too 1 year after the China launch. The 7 Pro is already running more than 430 days late and has not been announced yet.

They started to build good phones and that pays off. Now they need to have a unique design language. External design is similar to every chinese flagships for the last 4 years. UI looks like an ios.

I cannot recommend Honor enough. Fantastic devices at great prices.
