Asus have the correct HW, but they really need to work on their SW, UI and phone designs, also their marketing is lacking.

Asus's quality is shit! I admit that I fell for their designs and high end specs but once you start using their products you realize how terrible the quality really is ( lag - freezes - crashes.

Sorry Asus as much as I liked you and owned 5 different products from you, I must say that your quality is mediocre at best.

PS: I recently owned their latest bay-trail windows 8.1 tablet, and guess what? It died and refused to switch on after the first charge, fail!

Asus? No, thanks. It isn't a good choice, even free of charge (Sorry becoz Asus' reputation in smartphone race is still questionable). It looks like Asus needs much more time to improve their "Brand Awareness" in smartphone market.

Samsung, LG and Sony are far better than Asus.

I recently have my laptop for repair after I managed to break the screen after dropping it. It has been more than 1.5 months and they are yet to deliver it to me. This is in UK.

Apart from motherboards, Asus has never been good at anything, despite a fact that the company tries to expand its offer every computer parts(power supplies, monitors, routers, mouses and that) which are cheap, but the quality of products are often comparable with Chinese counterparts(well, they are Chinese after all anyway).

When Intel finally decides to kill off the motherboard business and integrate all chips in one, that will be the end of Asus.

Come on Asus let's have another 6" phablet from you next year but this time with either a snapdragon or tegra chip inside. Also I would like to see ultra hd resolution, 64gb internal memory, 128gb of external memory, usb 3.0, tv-out which you didn't have last time and good camera specs with a dual led flash. Not really asking for much.
