Not so straight. I would at least acknowledge that Apple has brain enough to make the artificiality by creating "widespread reports of the problems Apple is having in getting a supply of screens for the mini". Planning for a product's supplies before-hand is a must for any company in the market, let alone a company like Apple, which is doing it for a long time.

There are also widespread reports of the problems Apple is having in getting a supply of screens for the mini. It is even rumored that they have approached Samsung. But I guess it is much easier for you to play to your own confirmation bias and ignore the information you find inconvenient.
