good inovation but in the end pretty pointless id rather just use a normal screen for everything..
Now wouldn't it be just wonderful if the primary display was transparent and they 'simply' placed the e-ink under the normal display...
Somewhat like the "transflective" displays Nokia used years ago.
500 EUR does sound quite expensive but then it does support a system capable of handling Android 4.2.2 and has 2 screens. Doubt I would shed 500 EUR for it, but not because it seems expensive, but because I already carry 2 brand new phones.
is it usable or fr show off..........//////??///??
evaPHONE, 04 Dec 2013Of wot value wil a dual screen be?? To me that doesn't make senseThis might give you the answer: http://www.yotaphone.com/#/en/
I actually like what they're doing. If nothing else, it's real innovation.
great idea.
let's see how the market will accept the phone. the brand is not well known. that might be a problem. with samsung or LG on the phone people would kill each other to get their hands on. maybe yota should try to sell their idea to a big OEM.
happy to see new innovation introduced but the design......
It's price is 500 euro !
totaly nonsense

The rear side is a lost space, so let's make something useful of it, not a bad first attempt.
