Guys please read this to fix battery draining it's works with me after i contacted with htc and here what they say:

Me:
HTC please is there any bugs fix update on it's way to HTC one after 4.3 update because we are facing many problem like android system using half the battery and battery calibration is so bad......battery drop down without any use like 2-3% every half hour (all apps and connection off )

HTC:
HTC We're sorry you're facing this problem, Hussam! If the steps at http://bit.ly/1cm4LKB do not help, you may want to try wiping your phone's cache partition. To do this, first ensure Fast Boot is un-checked under Settings > Power. Next, power off the phone, and access the Bootloader menu by holding down the Volume Down button, and pressing Power. When you see a white screen with three cartoon Androids, release the buttons. Use Volume to highlight "RECOVERY" and tap Power to select. Your phone will reboot and display a black screen with a red exclamation mark in a red triangle. Press Volume Up and Power to access the Recovery menu, and highlight and select "Wipe cache partition" (before tapping Power to select, be sure that "Wipe data/factory reset" is NOT highlighted, as this will result in loss of data). When the process is complete, highlight and select "Reboot system" to boot the phone into the OS.

Can you opt out not to update your system and stop receiving reminders to do so? Is it better to update/to keep it the way it is so far?

attention!!! it might be dangerous to upgrade to android 4.3 with sense 5.5, as i did it on my htc one and since than i experienced a dramatic battery drain (my battery lasts 4-5 hours now and android is responsible for the drain. read carefully the topics available on the internet regarding this problem. many htc owners reported the same problem and there is no easy way to recover from the update. in my opinion android still has a long way to go to become reliable.
