I am talking about the days of Android 2.3. When it was first announced as Ginger bread. It was nowhere where Android it is now. You keep trying to force your opinion over mine by calling me names or other stuff, but guess what, I am old enough to not to care about it and I don't have the habit to do so.
Android is the kind? Yep. Who said no? Android is on the top of the smartphone market? Yep, who said no? Now, Android "should" have to be in everyone's hand is where I disagree with you each and every time because priorities matter most in actual practice son.
I give priority to a "Nokia" not "Windows Phone". If Nokia would have Android, I would still be having a Nokia or even if they had Salfish, Meego, Symbian, iOS or even BB10 OS. I don't care. All I want is a Nokia because of my past quality experience. My preferences are not to buy my phone and to root it on the very day. I don't like that stuff. I like the way how it is.
My Note 2 is on Touchwiz and 4.3 Jelly bean. Hopefully 4.4 in mid Q1, 2014. But that doesn't mean I don't like it. Customization is always welcome but to those users "Who want customization". For me, I don't. I have an i7, 3930x with 16GB of RAM and a GTX 770 sli. That is where I love customization. Now if you still try to power your opinion over mine. It won't matter because it shows you are desperate over something and your love with Nokia which makes you post in it's articles.

Android is a progressive platform and it's simply the best thing to happen to the mobile world. What I'm waiting are more applications for automobiles!
AnonD-92238, 18 Dec 2013With great power comes great responsibility.
with power in a OS comes great issues :P
... moreOf course Windows Phone has issues. Lot's of issues. Even what I hate most about my 1020 is there is no Card slot, even though I hadn't fill up that 32GB space. No apps or games can be installed on SD. Worst of all is there is no notification center and File manager.
As you mentioned, "with great power, comes great responsibilities". Right now, Microsoft has the power and responsibility to develop Windows Phone to the top where the market leaders are right now. They being lazy on many levels.
When Android was rising at it's time, there was no one to call it as a king when we still have the Symbian phones enjoying over 50% of market share. Has anybody expected Android to climb at the top beating the very first smartphone iPhone? I don't think there was a single prediction of Android crowing in 2013 with 80%+ shares.
As for Windows, I do use it on my daily basis and I am satisfied with it. What I misses on my 1020 is multitasking and a file manager specially when I have to manage apps. On the Note 2, I mostly do sketching with s-pen :p But I love that phone. Even though, cannot make it a primary phone because of the size factor.
I wish there would be an s-pen in GS5 because it's size is a bit relevant to me.
AnonD-134497, 18 Dec 2013Was Android able to do that at 2.3? Any 2.3 android phone or tablet or phablet will run an obd application add long as it has a Bluetooth connectivity!

I receive calls on my android phablet while it's serving as my car speedometer, temperature Gage, fuel level Gage, battery level, rpm, etc using torque!
We all know windows phone will never do that, ever!

even Google is kind enough for android haters to let them know about the issues, but what about Microsoft?? Windows phone don't have any issues or they just trying to hide them. Maybe the other OSes don't have many issues like android but that's only because they don't have the power like android...
