To Tej.... dude they're not copying, HTC lets them have the device, the company is just making it their own (unique) by altering the design. It would be copyright infringement to use HTCs design, as you can see its sporting TF2D. I wish it would make it to Tmobile USA

their not copies their just branded and locked to that carrier, you only get that discounted price if you sign a 2yr contract or use a full upgrade.. so if you buy a G1 and do not get a 2yr contract or full upgrade your paying 400$ not 180$.

and, for the people posting first,second, third etc.. get a life

all the other nerworks always copy HTC and make it their own, here are a few examples, htc tytn and tytn II htc touch pro and now this one, but its very good because they sell them for a faction of the price!!
