The move to significantly enhance WinMo must be made very quickly given the arrival of android, the expansion of S60, and the constant improvement of java platforms such as SE's A200. Also WinMo remains stubbornly expensive. A shame given its potential. 2009 will in many ways be the year of the OSs.

knowing micorosoft, they probably wont make a popular decision.
they hv great potential but wna keep selling one thing after another. so theyll tweak the interface a bit, leave out a few features so ppl buy the next winmo OS which has improved slightly but still needs much improving. im not an apple fan. i dont own any apple product. but microsoft made this clear wen they showed off their surface concept before releasing vista. and why dont they still release microsoft surface? bcos microsoft 7 is coming out..?

Winmo Rocks!!, but still need to improve its interface. Even though Htc has tried a lot but it still looks dry when u go to the programmes main page, u get the same Conventional white backgroung page, as u r still using win3. stability is better but it still freezes a lot if u go for autorotation aspect while using applications.AAnd the most important in interface is it should be lively in rich colours, even u go for very new devices colours r faded, n this is the challange for winmo devices to compete Mac OS in colour management as they may not go for 16million colours option.
I wish them best of luck!! as I would be the first customer to go for winMo if they improve their interface n stability in real manner.

I truly hope they come up with a touch UI that amazes... If they were capable of creating Microsoft Surface, I´m sure they can come up with a kick@ss UI...

winmo rocks the only areas where it is lacking is the userinterface and a online application palus music store.If they are able to incorporate that it will be the best mobileos.
