Arjunsinh jadeja, 07 Jan 2014"HTC One rip-offs", please.... Asus don't duplicate they are innovative. The design is literally the HTC One
Wow. More identitik slabs with zero differentiation. The margins on these things must be minuscule. It does make one wonder why they bother.
cain, 07 Jan 2014is that you HTC ONE?!! lolThat's unbelievable how professional journalists didn't mention this in ANY article about the new Zenfones.
Those things are really HTC One rip-offs!
I'm however very happy with it, because a dual-sim phone of HTC One Max format is exactly what I need...
Sweet, i like the 5" its just right on specs and the price as well.
NooK, 06 Jan 2014What with these ugly huge bezels...Is it so difficult to make a phone with no bezel (like LG G... moreYes, these phones better be very (and I mean VERY) competitively priced because otherwise they are dead on arrival.
Vic, 07 Jan 2014Dead on arrival devices. Almost 73 mm means huge bezel around screen for 5" model (5.2&qu... more$99 for the Zenfone 4, $149 for the Zenfone 5, and $199 for the Zenfone 6.. do you think they won't be success??
MichaelElfial, 07 Jan 2014Intel CPU may or may not be a mistake. I bought ASUS T100 transformer with Windows and Baytrai... moreThis is old cloverfield. Its use more power.. and slower..
However the new baytrail like the lenovo thinkpad 8 / asus t100 .. thats good.
Dead on arrival devices. Almost 73 mm means huge bezel around screen for 5" model (5.2" LG G2 has narrower bezel). 10.3 mm thickness is also feels and looks outdated. 4" model is just terrible in almost all its specs. I don't really understand why would companies spend resources on something what is going to fail on market? It seems they have no person who can say: "STOP! We are not going to launch these devices - they will fail". Big companies are very passive and ones started doing product can't stop in the middle of process even if everybody in company realizes that product will not have any success on market. They just follow plan, developed long time ago rather than common sense...
Do buy Asus Phone. You will regret .
I am owner of Asus Product ,padfone.
You will get lausy support and forever no update on the phone. Stick with it.
If not believe, you can visit the Asus orginate Taiwan Forum , complain take year also no respond.
Just want a good phone without huge bezels, 6"+ 1080p screen, 2 GB RAM, 16/32 GB storage, Snapdragon 600/800 (depending on price). That's really all I want, for a decent price (sub-$500 preferably), but I am having the hardest time getting one.
Wow those are big bezels. This would have been a nice looking phone if it was still 2013.
