1520 came with it from factory. US Lumia owners are SOL. Read Nokia's page. AT&T, Verizon, TMo, Sprint are all sitting on the updates. We might not get hem any time soon!
this is the advantage of wp8, in android phone, you have to buy a new phone yearly to cope up with their latest sw, its about business, they are squeezing your money. i have my 620 since Dec 2012, and its 2014 now, excited to get the 8.1 :) and oh for a new phone by next year :p
Lumia 520 already got Amber and now Black update, then WP8.1 later. Android low end phones don't even get updates :)
Wow this update came quick. I had to wait months for Android updates by region. Got it 8 hrs ago.
Lumia 925 was fast and smooth, now faster and too smooth
