There are very few options on Droid Mini category, and Motorola you bring this?! with so much more capable and advanced phones at cheaper prices?!
MOto G, that was a great move; this isn't.
Anonymous, 14 Jan 2014Are you an Lg sales boy? He is just a rational observer of the obvious...
Anonymous, 14 Jan 2014Are you an Lg sales boy? I am not anybody sales boy. Just the two phones I mentioned have similar specs and pricing. It's not my fault only few phone models have quad-core 2.3GHz cpu. I missed intenionaly Z1s & S4 - far more expensive and far more messed android experience.
In Germany -> LG G2 for 409 and this for 429 WTF???
No way, not to mention the battery life, screen size, specs etc.
Nice move for Motorola to spread the Moto X love beyond US $ Brazil but a device about 6 months old at a time when new more powerful Flagship devices are on the horizon..they better price it attractively else ppl will just say "yap nice device but i will wait for the GS5, M8, G3 or Xperia Z2 etc". In my view they should sell it for what it is going for here in the US which is abt $400.
This must be a joke. A last years midrange device for 400EUR. But it get's even worse: This is what they expect people to pay here in Germany for a 16GB model!
Too late you had your chance the phone has been and gone...Us geeks are waiting for next lot of superphones due soon..380GBP for a midrange handset.
Nice phone, too expensive.
Sorry Moto but "made in the USA" won't be enough to justify its price once you are here.
Anonymous, 14 Jan 2014Why do we in Europe have to pay so much more? This is so unfair.I don't know... I live in europe too so i feel your pain.
I don't understand the pricing. I would pay 250-300 € for this, but over 400 € is so much that nobody's going to buy the phone. It's a shame as I like the design of the phone. I think Moto G is the one I'm gonna get. Almost same specs and 250 € cheaper.
with Nexus 5 cheaper and better specs this phone is irrelevant.
Relevant would be DROID MINI, for there is a gap in the market for a 4.3" screen phone with good specs
This doesn't really resound Google's laid out plans of cutting out mobile carriers as they have attempted to with the Nexus range. Its a shame its main unique selling point is not available in the UK either. A Nexus 5 seems a far better option, specs and price wise. I wonder if it will bundle carrierIQ style junkware?
more prifiteering by a yankee.
$399 in the states
£380 in the uk
as folk say above, too late, far too pricey.
