Anonymous, 20 Jan 2014my wife is using iPhone 5S, the fingerprint Touch ID is very accurate. Very fast to unlock. That's nice.
Correction: HTC had it in 2007.

Apple fans are so silly..remember when iphone didnt had a front camera and everyone said they didnt need it..years after every brand released a fone with a front camera Apple released theirs and everyone thought it was the best thing in the world..lmao
Apple fans always remember this "Where does Apple get their iPhone parts from?" lmao yeah Samsung
Wow... Samsung is already suffering 2 HUGE ego-blows from Apple within 6 months! First one being when their 'buddy' Qualcomm 'mocked' Apple's decision to include a 64bit CPU, only to later on to withdraw the comments and announce along with Samsung the future release of their own version of 64bit chip and that future Samsung mobiles will include it. The second one is obviously the Fingerprint scanner instead of Iris scanner. Finally, if Samsung goes ahead and releases an aluminium Galaxy mobile (just like it's highly rumoured), they will be then a bunch of TOTAL loosers, as I remember them saying "we always prefer plastic against metal, because it's better"...
tinka, 20 Jan 2014motorola did it first bro.... brainwashed apple fans////lolllllzzzzzzIndeed with the Atrix 4G
the revolution of fingerprint scanner is from the world best brand ... MOTOROLA .....SRM
James, 20 Jan 2014Extremely dangerous. Given the issues with Samsung security and also with Android in general,... moreThe fingerprint can be saved as a code anyway so it's still extremely difficult to steal it. Android is secure as long as you don't tinker with it. Secure information should not be stored in a phone anyway, it should be in a desktop. Lastly, It wouldn't matter if your phone doesn't get stolen. Still, I don't see the point in these.
MdN8, 20 Jan 2014Motorola had it first.Well, being first would imply they had a working solution, which they didnt. For the moto it became a disadvantage rather than an advantage, but surely it will be even more flawed on Samsung, the masters of releasing useless and defective features and apps on their region locked soap boxes. Such a laughable company, incredible tasteless, no class or style whatsoever.
MdN8, 20 Jan 2014Motorola had it first.yeah aint it funny how not many people said it when HTC put it on the One Max, wonder how many will say it when LG puts it on the LG G3, and all apple fans were raving about it being new when it was put in the iphone 5s, if samsung can implement it into the screen then that is pretty darn cool
Yes yes... only rumors nothing more till event.. When will be present S5 ? MWC 2014 gone... Some say it will be on New York in the middle of the march..
as long as samsung use android os, its gonna take forever for pple to trust it even if its the best
