Every manufacturer (who's willing to even make physical qwerty phones anymore) from Samsung to Motorola stopped at 4", yet their touch-only phones are STILL gradually spreading into small tablet territory. Even Motorola's forthcoming Droid 5 has a 4" screen. I can't understand why 4" is the limit for qwerty phones but there doesn't seem to be a limit for touch-only phones.

Why only a low entry phone gets keyboard?! I would love to get a cell like Sony Z, ZL, or Z1 (or similar) with keyboard!
BTW, my last phone was Nokia E7, slider.
Why do qwerty phones always have a 4" or smaller screen? Can't they make them with a larger screen? 4.5"? 5"? Not only would it make for a bigger, better screen but a bigger keyboard for folks with bigger fingers, too.
