I like the Samsung tablet for their stylus, but the price is very expensive.
The old Samsung Note 10.1 is a good tablet, but I prefer the software on the newer Samsung Note 10.1 2014, but it is a shame Samsung, upgrading the software on the older tablet, which are fairly priced.
$850 tablet that can't run Microsoft Office? how do we supposed to work? magic?

I just pointed out the obvious that there is no comparison between a phone and a tablet regardless of its price. That was my intentions. Well, honestly, I was feeling the same which you had described in your response but all I was doing is making up a point. That's all.

You seriously are comparing a phone with a tablet? How about this $2500+ sm... moreyou are weird too. that blacberry was design by porsche and supposed to be a desginer item. that's why its expensive. iphone 5s is expensive for a different reason. that is obvious.
btw its not a good thing that a tablet is more expensive than a phone. its was always the other way around before this. even ipad is cheaper than iphone.
Once again, no thanks Samsung. Either Sony Vaio or Microsoft Surface Pro. I'm not buying this mobile crap for this price.
Guys If you really want android tablet, get a "Pipo M9 Pro 3G" tablet, for about 220 it has anything android tablet could ever have.
But that's still not too much, so stick to the Windows!!
For this price I'd rather get Sony vaio pro laptop with i7, 8GB ram and 256 SSD and with fully operational operating system and not some mobile crap. Tablets are only useful for VIEWING content, not CREATING it. Try writing a two page word document with proper formatting, some graphs, some pictures on a tablet. Yeah, you'll quickly resort to a 300 laptop for that. Unless you get an extra external keyboard for tablet, which then sums to almost 1000. For this price I can get 512SSD in mentioned laptop and Lumia 525 with it.

What more sensible is comparing this with a Surface Pro 2. I would buy a Surface Pro 2 any day, any time, if I am going to spend that much price on a tablet. Heck there is no comparison between an ARM based OS to an x86 based OS.
At this price you can just get a Surface Pro 2, which has an Intel i5 CPU, Windows 8.1 Pro and does much much more than the Android tablet.
No thanks Samsung, cut 200-300$ off the price, and then it's a maybe.
AnonD-134497, 03 Feb 2014Wow, $850.....the price of the tablet is more reasonable than the price of the iPhone 5s 64GB with just has 4" display. isn't that LOL :)
The price is not bad at all for what you get.
I'll probably wait for the large-screen iPad, simply because I find the iPad's screen ration much more useful for a tablet, plus the iPads are better built.
But really, it's not a bad price and it's a good product.
What a consumer stabbingly expensive product. So much Samsung everywhere these days.
I am still waiting for the Samsung 10.1 2014 to reduce in price.
In Great Britain, it costs more then the US. No thanks to high sales tax (VAT 20%)....
