SE-always, 06 Feb 2009Stop talking about this phone... you should listen to the storm of Hikaru! That phone is so mu... moreWell, when we get some actual pictures of it and specifications for it, we might! Until then, it's just a pipe dream! ;)
Stop talking about this phone... you should listen to the storm of Hikaru! That phone is so much better why not talk about Hikaru from SE!!!
If this phone comes with the android os it is an instant purchase for me. Even though I've only recently got the innov8.
Please, please dont be on windows mobile 6.0n or 6.5.
Not until windows mobile 7 is out at least
listen to me dont compare the phone 0f 2008 with phone of 2009
this year is 2009, Nowdays too early to make a decission what phone is the best in 2009. you must see and wait till all company sell their high end phone..see the spec, advantages and disavantages
if you are a profesional, you must have facts to make good decission and not use feeling based
like samsung, sonyericsson will bring it's 12 megapixel full hd recording phone "yurika" add a 8mp ultimate music phone and lg's next great camera phone.
Don't be so foulish nokia will surely kick ass with it's palm pre like phone.
leafghost, 06 Feb 2009don't think it will come with HD recording but if it does in addition of symbian i would buy ... morenokias best shot is a full touch with qwerty on a 7.2mpx with 5x optical...Thats how close it would be to the I8910 a.k.a SAMSUNG ACNE.,
Anonymous, 06 Feb 2009Nokia last year was 60%, now only 40%. With such good phones from Samsung, Nokia is going down... moreThe end of 2008 saw Nokia lose no less than 3 percents of its market share compared to last year. Slipping down to an estimated 37% the company also didn’t manage to fulfill its objective of retaining 39% of the mobile phones market.
The company has shipped just over 468 million units globally in the 2008 which is a 7.2 percent increase over the previous year. The amount is enough to still give the company a first place in terms of market share globally.
20 drop where did you get ur info from???
ND, 06 Feb 2009WAT?? Samsung will take over nokia s60 tech! Hahahaha...LMAO! U previously SE die hard fan, do... moreS60 (i.e. Symbian) is being opened sourced. While Nokia did buy up all remaining shares of it in 2008, they turned it over to the Symbian Foundation.
The Symbian Foundation's goal is to provide a royalty-free open platform and accelerate innovation. And the expect to complete work on completely open sourcing Symbian sometime this year.
So, Nokia no longer controls S60, as you stated they do.
seems like samsung like to take advantage on N95 & 5800XM
past year(2004-2006) they just announce 1 symbian phone for 1 year only
Nokia last year was 60%, now only 40%. With such good phones from Samsung, Nokia is going down. Strange all the fuss about Nokia 5800 when Samsung has been making better phone for a long time
don't think it will come with HD recording
but if it does in addition of symbian i would buy 100% and leave the N97 ;x but only of it has both ;x
but if Nokia gets a 8MP camera ven w/o HD Video i would go with nokia
Oh my god i have sony ericsson c905 but this samsung makes me so crazy.... well done samsung. but dont forget you never beat sony ericsson and nokia.... haha
Maybe the reason why samsung keeps on throwing heavy spec'd phones worldwide is because it seems that their tech is well funded.
nokia? I dont think so. But they still rock the mobile industry.
SE? starting to lose their tracks
moto? Seems to be forgotten.
Htc? Jesus christ! Can they lower their phone's prices?
Apple? Definitely Proven UI friendly on their products.
