Beside the extra large screen ahahahahhahaah extra large screen is 4.1 inch ahahahha ahhaahhah! This phone as nothing to offer, this kind of phone was build 2 years ago!

Of course IT IS NOT WINMO, and of course that IT IS JAVA!!!!!! S40 is a STUPID JAVA-based interface wich only LOOKS LIKE SYMBIAN S60, it aint any OPERATING SYSTEM!!!!! What kind of apps can S40 run? .exe? .sis? .sisx? NO! NO! NO! Only and only .jar wich is java!!!

To all fanboys (including SE) what´s the point of bashing phones? I don´t get, it`s not like SE, Nokia, LG, Samsung etc are going to congratulate or reward you for posting stuff about other company´s phones, same goes for saying great things about a phone.

It's great to see a phone like this from SE in terms of specifications, top camera, WIFI, GPS, BIG screen...but in my view the designers should be fired. The design of this phone is extremely boring and basic, for a Walkman phone I expect something much nicer. This in my view is the worst SE design yet.

It´s true there is nothing new nor revolutionary about this headset (except that the screen will be a SE first timer in a non-smartphone) it´s just a product to keep you comunicated and entertained period.
I like SE they are simple and friendly, I have a K205 and a W610 and been waiting for something like Hikaru to replace my W610 which I like a lot, but I don t´go all crazy about it.
SE has an almost copy/paste design team are slow in releasing their cel phones.
To me Samsung and LG have questionable build quality and not-friendly user interface but these guys release a ton of headsets, have the best designs and best video capture/playback.
Nokia also realeses a ton of phones and has good build quality and durability, nice designs but they just got out their fist touchphone, Symbian is ugly and they are behind in camera MP (which by the way 12 MP in a celphone is just too much, there are DSLRs for that).
Motorola well mmmm they need adjustments but they have nice ad campaings.
Every company has it´s cons/pros, if you like your phone stick to that company if you´ve been disappointed then stop buying that brand, they will feel the pressure of their mistakes (and that´s besides the current state of world economy).
Bashing is boring, anyway it´s my humble opinion. I tried to remain neutral in my post but feel free to comment.

you cannot install the 5mb dictionary not because of a small memory card(duh) its because the nokia s40 cannot support it!!!
