AnonD-201046, 26 Mar 2014lol why should anyone care? Samsung will just region lock your phone lolSigh. And that is a reason for not buying it? As 99.9% of users will only use in their region, it's hardly a big deal, is it?

Anonymous, 26 Mar 2014Samsung's decline will only enable the other Android OEMs. It's about time I'd say.Sammy decline will be slow, maybe 5 years, as there are may samshell who are willing to buy as long as it is a Galaxy
So far, my colleagues and friends are waiting for Z2, none waiting for S5.

But LG3 is first on my list, S5 being last. S5 seems to be a failure in every aspect of features, design and manufacturing. They should scrap it and launch S6 right now.
Anonymous, 26 Mar 2014No Slot phone = no buy. In android world .. slot seems very valuable.Well.... lets be honest, in reality not many people will need more than 32gb storage space, which the LG G2 has....
I will be worried about QC issues.
Will they cut some corners to maximize product availability?? It's anybody's guess.
Anonymous, 26 Mar 2014That's right! As soon as the S5 comes out with the 16MP Isocell camera, all the other manufac... moreOr not.
Samsung was never good on cameras, not on smartphones or real cameras. They were always ok but never impressive, always being beaten by Nikon, Canon and Fuji when they did film cams or digital cams and always being beaten by Sony and Nokia on cameraphones and smartphone cameras. They even reached for Sony modules to have better cams so I reserve myself the right to doubt of this new Samsung isocell cam until I actually see it compared to Z2 and Lumia 1020 and see the proof that it is actually better.
Don't forget a good cameras has more to do with art and craftsmanship than pure tech specs.

I purchased the G2 after having had all kinds of issues with my Galaxy S4. And I can honestly say that the device has really exceeded my expectations. No lagging, long battery life, excellent camera abd extremely fast processor!
An absolute stunner of a smartphone and to me still the best value for money if you want an Android powerhouse.
I dont think this will be a problem. There seems to be less interest in the S5 and more towards the HTC One and Z2 which both match that of the S5 and have far better build qualities.
AnonD-60230, 26 Mar 2014Samsung used to use Sony camera Sensors! buy some brainsony sensors are crap in days the picture are perfect but in low light its noise everyy where isocell reduce noice
Buy an LG G2 ,beautiful, big and quality 5,2'' screen on a smaller screen-to-footprint ratio than the S5 (S5 has a slightly smaller screen, 5,1'' on a bigger body) ,an excelent 13mp camera, whic also has OIS , lower price, and overall you will have the same high-end android smarthphone experience.
AnonD-235017, 26 Mar 2014You mega pixel boy ....i bet you Samsung s5 16 mp isocell will easily kill 20 mp of sony z2...... moreThat's right! As soon as the S5 comes out with the 16MP Isocell camera, all the other manufacturers might follow the trend and order camera modules from Samsung.
