Why is the menu still 'list view', and not 'grid view'.

AnonD-204696, 02 Apr 2014Ok where is the function to install apps on sd cardIf you were watching the live stream, you would have known that there were so so many features that even Joe didn't have enough time to highlight everything. Search over the internet and you will know each and every feature including the SD card's feature.
Anonymous, 02 Apr 2014what? still no support for Native 3G Video Call? this OS is hopeless and worse than Symbian.... moreAs much as I don't like WP (which I really don't), Android is also in the same boat -- no native 3G video calls, with the notable exception of manufacturers like Samsung who have included (in their ROMs) proprietary modifications to Android which do enable that capability.
Well I think I would just buy the latest Lumia rather waiting for this thing to get it
For those asking the ability to install apps to SD cards. Here's their video where Joe explains what's new on WP8.1. Skip to 1:45 for Storage Sense.
sunil, 02 Apr 2014is there any update of installing apps n games on sd card?Watch their newly uploaded videos on their YouTube channel, Joe was showing what Storage Sense is about and you can see (he even mentions it) an option to install apps to SD cards.
If it has:
1.) File Manager
2.) Free/Open apps ecosystem
3.) Wi-fi direct and other ways for data sharing
4.) Liberty to download anything I want.
You've got a new customer MS and Nokia ;-)

i better stick with Android.
wp is good for simplicity so i like it....but the features and open space that android gives is better than wp...i hope microsoft focuses on windows os...bcoz this is what microsoft makes best...
and wp's virtual assistant is a halo character...cortana...awkward name..
I bet I still cannot get or purchase an mp3 player with reverb effects or download a separate equaliser that contains roomsize/reverb/depth etc either..These are basic things and not having separate volume controls is something I had trouble with in Orange SPV range (Windows CE edition in early 2000)..
