If you are disappointed by the battery life then yes but that's entirely a different matter.

The slant.of.the article needs adjusting.
Lets state facts.
Sony: Quietly going about their business. Not in the Courtrooms of the world. But in design and execution of products. Then executing a superior business model, by selling its current lineup of products. And letting the market have a real, fair choice. Sony does'nt need lawyers for that!
Apple: As GSMARENA reported several months ago, is dumping 3 yr old non iOS 7-upgradable smartphones. Apple:Tiny,old ( 2-3 yr old) ,non-upgradeable, iPhone 4 phones.
Apple takes the fine citizens of India to be,what, stupid? I assure you they are NOT. India is,and has always been producing World-Class engineers, and Citizens.
Sony:shows respect.
Apple: not.
India: Exercises their rights. Votes with their pocketbook. Like the rest of those of us in the free world.

I didn't c any tv ads for Sony mobiles except for flagships like z and z1.. But there are loads of Samsung ads even for low ends.. This proves that Sony is doing Really well.. Maybe publicity is through recommendations from a user to their peers..
