Really big compliments to Qualcomm!!! But hope they will be completely ready The soon as possible! !!!!
Anonymous, 07 Apr 2014this vs apple a8 will be epicJoke of the year. Apple cant compete a bit.
Awesome !!!! Now I have to wait more to buy my new device ! Got amazing n4 now!!!
I hope new cool games come too with these SoCs !!!
Musaib, 07 Apr 2014i already have 64bit processor in my iPhone 5s .. lolLooks like I will be jumping ship to iOS this year. The SoCs from Android is so far behind. Bring on the iPhone 6.
AnonD-168288, 07 Apr 2014I am not so sure, I have friends who are at Qualcomm bragging about what they supposedly have ... moreyup apple introduced 64 bit quite early this resulted in Qualcomm ditching its old plans and their own 4 bit custom core will take time . But since they are the monopoly they need to have 64 bit . so this is a gap filling measure to use Arm cores directly . i think we will have custom 64 bit cores by 1h 2016 in galaxy S7 .
20nm chipset and DDR4 bonus, My next phone would be equipped with this!!!
AnonD-168288, 07 Apr 2014I am not so sure, I have friends who are at Qualcomm bragging about what they supposedly have ... moreAh that makes more sense, it did seem weird that they would abandon a business practice that has worked so well for them in the past.
Will be interested to see what they come up with on the custom side post Krait.
I am not so sure, I have friends who are at Qualcomm bragging about what they supposedly have lined up in terms of custom 64 bit cores. There were even job posting for that.
This must be an interim solution. The real deal is late but they are definitely working hard on it in that case. They better for their competitive advantage sake.
If these Snapdragons are not due until the first half if 2015 at the earliest, then it seems the A7 is not one but two years ahead of the competition!
Likly to appear in the fall or earlier next year, we know Sony will have it eventually with a turn around rate if 6 months per flagship
I also am wishing it would power the Note 4, but unfortunately, the article says it will be available next year
I'm sure the LG G3 will have the 810. LG always come out with the updated CPU/GPU. atleast for the last two years
All of this year's flagship phones just came out with Snapdragon 801 processor and yet Qualcomm already has the Snapdragon 805 in the market and it just unveiled the Snapdragon 810. This company knows how to make customers feel crappy about their new phones. Thanks for coming out with a new processor every 2 minutes Qualcomm that extra .10% performance is really helpful :)
