Mouse, 18 Mar 2009"I fail to understand how non users end up commenting about a handset that has turned around t... morefunny how you iphoners act as though you own apple. the iphone has not change the mobile industry but merely made those who make touch screen phones better. itunes has change mobile industry for as accomidatine the iphone with music and etc.... the phone itself is far behind in the proof is with this new software update and still it lacks. they it's the full internet experience yet it don't have flas hmmm... however it's a good phone though but it's all preference.want a all in one device with touch that don't live off syncing with something like tunes, buy sony,nokia,samsung, you'll be alot happier

Iphone was named Gadget of the Year, both by Time and Stuff Magazine. That was before the 3.0 OS. The iphone does not participate in Global Mobile Awards or WMC, so of course the iphone would not be in their roster of nominees.

iphone is not a samrt bussines phone but is the smartest phone ever not a single other phone can even manage to get close to the iphone in almost every aspect
those who think iphone is not a smartfone get a palm pre i will keep my iphone since i get each time more power and apps, i am hoping only slight improvements on new iphone since the current 3g iphone beats any winmo and/or symbian powered device

The iphone is good simply because it is. If it's only a hyped product, it would not sell millions. It is selling because it is a really good product. It's even better with the addition of several missing features.
Now that the iphone can copy/paste, send and receive MMS, has full A2DP bluetooth, you are more jealous of it because more people are going to buy it =)

Still it lack many features (video recording, flash and it has only 2MP) which are present in symbian. I like symbian since it is highly advance. And if some one ask me for a phone to buy i will tell him to go for nokia smartphone. But good feature in iphone is its safari browser)

The funny thing is that all that you can say is it has 2MP camera, like u use it all the time :) iphone is cool, im using it for about a month and must say that his 2MP camera is a lot better than for example...nokia 5800! For my personal use i have used over 500 phones, and must say thats the best phone i ever had (OK for real it was Nokia 6310i) :) but its SuperPhone...

I guess this kind of arguing is bound to ensue; the iphone is the love to hate or love to love phone.
Yes, your 5800 has more features than the iphone but your 5800 just will never handle as well as the iphone.
I went from an iphone 2G to a SE W960i to an HTC Touch Pro and none of them evenly remotely came close to Mac's mobile OS. If the iPhone had autofocus+flash, and came out with stereo bluetooth earlier I would have never switched.
Not every owner is stupid by buying an X MP camera phone thinking they will get a Digital Camera replacement.
