Noel, 08 May 2014Finally a Sony plike just for me...I have been asking for a spec packed Xperia ZL2. I like wha... moreThe bezels are still huge compared to the zl and its look. This is more of a zr2, I'll wait for a real zl2 release
it is also IP58 certified dust and water proof. watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQIarr22StU
I'm currently using Sony Xperia ZL.
Really tempted to buy the HTC One M8 until I saw this ZL2.
Specs on paper looks decent for 2014 standards.
But the only possible deal breaker for me would be the thickness of it. 10.8mm? Kinda disappointed with this because 2013 and 2014 you can jolly well see phones which are less than 10mm/1cm. Why Sony why?
Why sony does not provide the home and back keys outside the display...... why sony why....????????
Clifford(Costa Rica), 08 May 2014That phone is gonna be awesome, we need that phone in CR *____*
I love Sony Smartphone'sYeah, I agree.

Finally a Sony plike just for me...I have been asking for a spec packed Xperia ZL2. I like what they did with the original ZL in terms of putting a 5" screen on such a compact frame just abt
the exact same 5" tft display as the previous ZL? why sony, why
Look a lot like ZR. Well, bezel is still smaller than the original Z. I guess the waterproofing and the larger battery that make it bigger and than original ZL.
Agree! Should be ZR2! Not worthy successor of ZL2 due to bigger bezels
de-volution of phones. lets make them bigger with same screen size. 7 cm was not clumsy enough, lets add even more width
looks good, but what about
shutter-speed in burst mode? iwish to know...
Slimmer bezel ? Those bezels are still really big. Should be much smaller especially with on screen keys
Anonymous, 08 May 2014eh? i guess someone has some serious issues... on a serious note: anyone knows what does &... moreIt's waterproof. See the official site. Meanwhile, au SOL25 follows KDDI's serial name for smartphone line-up. Their naming convention should be like this: carrier brand (au), manufacturer (XX), smartphone with LTE capability (L) and product series number (00). SO stands for SONY and 25 is the next product series number of their line-up after Xperia Z Ultra SOL24.
