That's why iphone 6 will be a big shock, and hopefully fail :) And why the Z1 Compact is the biggest WIN in recent smartphone history (4.3 = one-handed use = its true killer feature). :)
-> Admitted Sony fanboy & Apple hater :)
Mostly girls will buy this phone. Coz they like it big ( I meant about the phone size ) .
Anonymous, 30 May 2014agree with you. I'm from there and I know people like bigger phones there. This is completely true I know as I travel there all the time for work.
Zia, 30 May 2014Samsung please for once make it Exynos + LTE! To do that they have to add an Intel or Quallcom modem chip to the Exynos chipset. Not a cost effective solution.
Sphinza, 30 May 2014hahah im with you on that one RahulThats one more ignorant person who thinks his own opinion determines the success of s device meant for another country/market. You guys must be sooo important ahah.
I dont think anyone is going to hire you as a market analyst for Chinese smartphone market anytime soon, but as a cl0wn your chances should be above average.
J2MEuser, 30 May 2014Would love to try 20" tablet/phablet. Perhaps having someone hired to carrying it...indeed. you have to have 2 for two shifts

Heres a home experiment for the self-unaware: Put a rubber band on the finger you usually tap on the display with, and every time you notice the rubber band it is there to remind you to take note of how you are using your phone, with one or two hands? Surprise, your rubber band is not on your thumb, but one one of your index fingers, because THAT is the finger you use when using both hands, its not on your thumb because you very rarely use a device with one hand.
Now that its proven, tell us again why one should be a giant person to use a 7 inch phone? Your argument is void, and in case you thought it was funny then sorry because it was not, the correct word for your comment starts with an L and ends in ame.
Rahul Balana, 30 May 2014Excited! Not that I'll buy it. But still. It would be good to see Samsung fail once in a while.hahah im with you on that one Rahul
Rahul Balana, 30 May 2014Excited! Not that I'll buy it. But still. It would be good to see Samsung fail once in a while. This is gonna be a big success all over SE Asia and China, theres zero chance of failure, actually the market has been ready for it for a long time and other brands beat Samsung to it, and people were already buying 7 inch (and 8 inch) tablets from Asus and Samsung that could be used for voice calls, because there wasnt a good selection of 7 inch phones. But now there is, Asus Fonepad and Huawei is getting some serious competition from the market leader Samsung.
The ultimate ignorance is to apply the market force of your own country to a product that isnt meant for your country. Just leave the Chinese/SEAsian markets to themselves, its really none of your business what products are launched there, the only fail here is you, who think this highly awaited product can fail in any way. I too have no personal interest in phablets and even less personal interest in samsung products but im not ignorant enough to apply my personal preferences to what other people buy.
It will sell good.... For professional sports/tall people with big hands soon they will make smaller phone for your bigger one hahahaha
the code is T2558.
and the "T" usually reserved for tablet, not phone/phablet.
Stingmk, 30 May 2014same stupid design and soon samsung will produce 20 inch smart phone...Would love to try 20" tablet/phablet.
Perhaps having someone hired to carrying it...
