It is prone to so much compiler optimization that most don't take such results seriously other than just another benchmark suit to run through. It only has Integer runs and no Floating point benches. It cant thoroughly test the fetch performance because the whole data set now fits in the large i-cache of current CPUs.
Am i the only one who thinks QHD is an unnecessary feature for phones? Tablets ok, but seriously 450dpi is good enough already
I think that the Exynos version should come to Western Europe, because in my vision, it's more powerful than than the Snapdragon 805 version, even in his best configuration.
The Exynos version it's more, perhaps, much more powerful than the Snapdragon 805 version. First, even the Snapdragon 805 version being quad core 2.7GHz it's much more weak, because it's 32 bit, it has 3.51 DMIPS
per GHz and even the Exynos version being Arm Cortex A57 at 1.7GHz, it is a 64 bit processor at a maximum of 5 DMIPS per MHz and it has more instrunctions than Krait 450. In graphics are smilar in performance, perhaps Mali T760 is a bit better in his best configuration.

Non perceivable higher res display , and a slight bump in performance . forget the antutu scores , for normal use , it wont make 1% difference . including high end gaming.
I already purchased a note 3 SM N9005, last year as soon it arrived in market. This is the first galaxy note that i own as i never had notes before. My question is that is it a benefit/"worth a go" for me if i go for note 4 with only a chipset ugrade from snapdragon 800 to 805? Please help as i am awaiting for snapdragon 808/810 and i believe it will feature in note 5. Please help me choose.

Well good, good news! but Samsung must always work harder!!!!!!
CedricPhoenixGuetta, 20 Jun 2014No more exynos please. WE ALSO WANT Snapdragon version.Why. They are around same.
Fade., 20 Jun 2014Why the heck do they make faster processors after another? Phones don't need that much power i... moreFair comment but optimizing Android is Google's job not the OEM's. The OEMs want to keep up with market expectations so they release new products with eye catching specs. Spec wars are the new avenue for gaining market share if you don't already have it. And if you have it then you need to defend it which is what Samsung is doing.
No more exynos please. WE ALSO WANT Snapdragon version.
jnxr, 20 Jun 2014This time around the Exynos Chipset is going to beat the crap out of the Snapdragon. Prepare y... moreNope Samsung will not do anything of the sort. The clock speed will be balanced out to ensure near similar performance across the models as they have done on S4.
